We can minimize the carbon footprint but we can also have a carbon handprint, a positive impact on the climate. Quality characteristics can be added with sustainability, and then measured continuously. Test environments can be used less, and in smaller scale and on demand. Test techniques can be used in optimizing or minimizing number of tests. Test automation can be used to speed up testing.

- 2. Developing Fluent Readers State Standard 5 Objective 1 & 2 Indicator a & b *Fluent Readers will be able to read at grade level without hesitation with the appropriate expression and articulation.
- 3. Technology in Action… Computer lab time was four days a week for twenty minutes. During this time the students were able to use the Waterford program to practice the fluency skills and strategies that we learned in the classroom.
- 4. Using microphones… Here is a student who is practicing their fluency by recording their reading of a story. Then the child is able to listen to their own reading and she where they need to practice!
- 5. Diverse Learners Accommodations… This also was a great program to help my English Language Learners. It provided a challenge for the students no matter where a student is at in their literacy level.
