各位朋友大家好,我是至德科技的陳泳睿,很高興在這裡可以來介紹IPC,大家可別以為IPC就是工業電腦(Industrial PC),IPC真正說法是(Institute of Printed Circuits)。這是什麼呢?簡單的來說,就是一個致力於電子組裝相關品質標準。或許你會認為,這跟ISO有什麼不同?我常常形容,ISO就如同是學科,IPC就是術科。一個良好品質就如同我們去考駕照一樣,有筆試與路考,ISO 9001, 16949等就是筆試,IPC就是路考,再好的筆試,路考沒過,或者再好的路考,筆試沒過,都會發生交通事故,只有ISO沒有正確的品質標準,那頂多garbage in garbage out。你有再好的技術,卻沒有管理系統,你頂多孤芳自賞而已。ISO已經有太多的課程與老師了,我今天來講的就是術科,介紹一個品質標準。
IPC-A-610是電子零件可接受性的標準,標準網羅電子組裝行業的生產技術標準、是品保、組裝、採購、工藝等部門必備的法典。該標準內容涵蓋無鉛焊接、電子元件極性和通孔的焊接標準、SMT和DIP零件、機械組裝、清潔、標記、塗覆以及層壓板要求。
我們可以看到610後面還多了一個E字母,這代表的是版本意思,同樣的在CIT or CIS認證證書也會標明,當初授證是哪個版本。
