Simpl is a social innovation marketplace that connects people with ideas for radical social change to public sector organizations looking to improve services. Innovators can post their ideas and funding needs, while public organizations can post problems to solve and bid on ideas with cash or other resources. The goal is to support ideas that can radically improve public services through new designs, citizen involvement, use of technology, or cost savings. Simpl will launch in fall 2010 and is currently seeking early testers from both innovators and public organizations.
