The subconscious mind is a vast and mysterious realm within our psyche, operating beneath the surface of our conscious awareness. It is the repository of our deepest desires, fears, beliefs, and memories, influencing our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in profound ways.
Unlike the conscious mind, which is rational, analytical, and focused on the present moment, the subconscious mind is intuitive, emotional, and concerned with the past and future as much as the present. It acts as a silent observer, constantly processing information and making connections, even when we are not consciously aware of it.

1. Releasing the feelings and emotions that do not allow a happy, fulfilled, prosperous and healthy life. Introduction to ZPoint
2. ZPoint is Simple & Consists of: A benign yet powerful subconscious clearing program that we “read” into our subconscious mind. A cue word to activate that program. Special statements that focus our intention to ‘release’ difficult feelings attached to situations, circumstances or relationships.
3. ZPoint is about Feelings We add meaning/feeling to everything in our lives. We can change our thoughts about a thing by changing how we feel when we think about it. We can easily change how we feel with ZPoint. When we change how it feels, we change how we experience that thing and what it means to us.
4. Subconscious Clearing Program I hereby set a powerful intention within you, my subconscious mind, to affect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and each time I notice a feeling that does not feel good as I think certain thoughts or remember certain people, situations or events, you will gently and easily Eliminate that feeling completely as I repeat my cue word over and over, and you will eliminate everything I feel because of it, everything I feel that connects to it and everything I feel that has resulted from it, to whatever extent it exists within me.
5. Repeating Your Cue Word Any word or sound will do, although some are better than others. “YES” or “Thank You” are always good to use. You can change or add to your list of cue words by saying “I change my cue word to _______” or “I add __________ to my list of cue words”.
6. The Characteristic Feeling When we think of or remember a person, how does it feel? When we remember certain times in our lives, how does it feel? When we think certain thoughts, how does it feel?
7. ZPoint is a Subconscious Process All the work is taking place in the background. This means that you don’t need to “TRY” to make anything happen. Your subconscious mind is doing the actual work. Your only job is to continue to repeat your cue word as you guide yourself or are guided through the process.
8. Freedom comes from Feeling Good When you feel good you are connecting with the larger, non-physical part of you that knows no limitation. When you connect with that larger part of you, you feel joy and a sense of expanded freedom. The more you can feel good and connect to that expanded version of yourself, the better your life will be in ALL areas.
9. You now have a tool… ZPoint is a simple tool you can use to feel better about all aspects of your life. Feeling good about your life is the key to happiness. Releasing anything that does not feel good is the key to feeling even better. It takes 6 ½ minutes to go through the ZPoint Clearing Protocol once. Feeling better about almost anything is never more than 6 ½ minutes away.
10. Start with Releasing Circle Imagine a Circle directly in front of you. “Intend” that the Characteristic Feeling be placed within the Releasing Circle. Count down from 10 to 0, repeating your cue word between counts. If your mind wanders, just bring it back to repeating your cue word.
11. ZPoint Clearing Statements I clear all the ways I feel THAT feeling. I clear all the ways I feel that feeling because… I clear all the ways I feel that feeling whenever… I clear all the ways I may feel that feeling if… I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel that feeling. I clear all the ways these parts feel that feeling because… I clear all the ways these parts benefit from my attachment to feeling that feeling. I clear all the ways these parts wouldn’t feel safe if I let that feeling go, right now!
12. Clearing the Remainder… As the old saying goes “once is not enough”. If we don’t want that feeling coming back we must make sure we release ALL OF IT. We normally do 3 rounds for each clearing, more if any part of that feeling remains, including whatever we assume we can’t feel consciously.
13. Do it at least 3 times Go through the process at least 3 times for each feeling. Then TEST to see if it’s completely gone. If not, take that feeling through the process one more time, just to be sure.
