 All campaigns have a specific target audience 
 The target audience will be identified at an early stage in the 
development of a campaign 
 The target audience will be different for: 
 the launch of a new mobile telephone 
 a campaign to make people aware of their pension rights

 Campaign producers will use a range of methods to reach their target
