Interpersonal Communication
•Interpersonal communication refers to
communication between individuals
usually in face-to-face private settings
(means not in groups).
•It is the primary way relationships are
created, maintained, and changed.
•It is the utmost form of communication

Interpersonal Communication
• Along with words, every thing is exchanged
–Body language
–Gestures
–Feelings, etc.
• Hence you cannot ‘pretend or bluff or mislead
or hide or cheat or do whatever you want’. All
you can do is to be ‘honest & sincere & open &
do whatever best you can’

Tips for effective interpersonal communication

• Funnel technique
• Mirroring technique (If anybody is spiritual,
speak in his language)

• Conversation Generosity: Giving the opposite
person to reveal his/her feelings, opinions,
criticisms, etc. Means listening to people with
patience

believes in capability and equal opportunity.
• NC (Natural Child)-Creative, spontaneous and
