My Internship Work
• WEEK 1: filtering interns applications for finance roles based on the given
criteria.
• WEEK 2: asked to contact the candidates selected for the interview process
informing them the scheduled date, time and place of the interview.
• WEEK 3: Monitor Aptitude tests of job applicants.
• WEEK 4: Recieved training to hire interns for finance and marketting roles.
• WEEK 5: Conduct interview and hire interns, practical application of the
training recieved in week 4.

My Internship Work
• WEEK 6: Verify the documents submitted by the interns.
• WEEK 7: Backend work such as processing LOR, MOU’s and offer letters to
selected candidates, also took an interview of an job applicant with the panel.

Learning Experience and Relevance
• Learnt:
• How to conduct interviews.
• How to sort and filter applications through filing systems.
• How to handle job employment websites like internshala and linkedin and
how to hire candidates from it.
• How to verify documents submitted by a selected candidate.
• How to process legal documents such as LOR’s and MOU’s.
• How to contact various placement cell officers of leading B schools in india.

Conclusions
• BB Advisory offers services with a high level of professionalism and makes
extensive use of modern technology.
• The company's human resource development aim is to create quality manpower
with conceptual managerial knowledge.
• They also organize training programs, workshops, and other activities
• The number of requisitions would be endless at any time but it is possible to
cover-up it by smartly implementing each process/step keeping the track of each
step, follow-ups.

Suggestions for future internship work in the organisation
• Would suggest it if they provide:
• The company provides extra training programs to improve staff
knowledge and abilities.
• Create a Grievance Handling Cell for the company's personnel.
• The corporation should also consider delivering a formal
performance assessment.
• Employee engagement activities for team building.
• Hold seminars for work-life balance, developing leadership skills,
recognizing body language, making the most use of time, stress
management.
