5. The Gbagyi/Fulani clash
The Gbagyis are farmers in scattered
settlements in Niger State.
The Fulanis are nomadic herdsman,
known to graze cattle around the country(
they wander farther now due to drop in
vegetation and increased desertification
of the north)
A clash led to the loss of life and property
in late June, 2016.
An IDP was formed.

Fund generation for founders.

Develop an anthology written by
displaced persons.
Publish and market collection to
generate fund.
Fund used to set up choice businesses
for displaced persons.
9. How?
Other classes would run concurrently
with the literary class.
This would be the choice areas of
specializations of the persons.

High level of bureaucracy.
Few Volunteer youth.
Little funds.
Native mindset towards skill
acquisition.
11. Recommendations and
Conclusions.
Already, RCE Minna is partnering with
AMAB Books and Publishing to help
organize the Literary classes.
However, there is need for more
volunteer trainers.
Also, the need to partner with
government to ensure implementation
