Motivation is the driving force within individuals that
impels them to action. Motivation is the activation or
energization of goal-oriented behavior. Motivation may
be intrinsic or extrinsic. The term is generally used for
humans but, theoretically, it can also be used to describe
the causes for animal behavior as well.

As your organization prepares a training program, it’s
important to ask the following questions: Who? What? When?
Where? Why? How? Knowing the answers to these questions
will provide the focus and clarity that you need.

material comes off to others.

MEASUREMENT
Measurement is the assignment of a
number to a characteristic of an
object or event, which can be
compared with other objects or
events. The scope and application of
a measurement is dependent on the
context and discipline.

Managing quality is crucial for small businesses. Quality products help to maintain customer satisfaction and
loyalty and reduce the risk and cost of replacing faulty goods.

Quality of a product or service refers to the perception of the degree to which the product or service meets the customer's expectations. Quality has no
specific meaning unless related to a specific function and/or object.
Internal marketing is focused on proper internal relation between people at all levels of an organization. Therefore, a service-oriented and customer-
oriented approach will be promoted between the employees in contact with customers.

INTERNAL MARKETING Internal Marketing is an ongoing process that occurs strictly within a company or organization whereby the functional process is to aligns, motivates and empowers employees at all management levels to consistently deliver a satisfying customer experience . MOTIVATION QUALITY TRAINING Quality is critical to satisfying your customers and retaining their loyalty so they continue to buy from you in the future. QUALITY The management of motivation is therefore a critical element of success in any business; with an increase in productivity, an organization can achieve higher levels of output. The scope and application of a measurement is dependent on the context and discipline. WHY IS QUALITY IMPORTANT ? Managing quality is crucial for small businesses. Quality products help to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty and reduce the risk and cost of replacing faulty goods. INTERNAL MARKETING QUALITY Quality of a product or service refers to the perception of the degree to which the product or service meets the customer's expectations. Quality has no specific meaning unless related to a specific function and/or object.

Therefore, a service-oriented and customer- oriented approach will be promoted between the employees in contact with customers. THE ROLE OF INTERNAL MARKETING Management of change is a systematic way to deal with change within an organization in order to effectively deal with the change and to capitalize on change opportunities.
