Quadrants are four perspectives through
which we understand the world, the four
dimensions of ourselves, our lives and
personal experience.
Example: at the moment you can be aware of
your feelings, observe your behavior, physical
characteristics, you can understand somebody
else or share mutual feelings with someone to
whom you care and also be networked with
various social groups such as family and
colleagues at work

Instructions for the analysis of the songs through four quadrants
INTERIOR INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS
How do I experience the song and how influence me certain
external characteristics does it invoke certain feelings? How do
I perceive changes in the melody, causing a change of mood?
What I want to do when I hear that song?
How do I feel when I hear song’s distinctive riffs, rhythm or
memorable part in a sudden situation, on an unusual place pr.
bank, train station, school, street, restaurant, etc.? How the
change of dynamics in the song affects me?
Do I understand the lyrics? Can I "find myself" in the text?
Does it in invokes in me the desire for a certain lifestyle?
EXTERIOR INDIVIDUAL FEATURES
Melody (sung, speeches, large or small scale, uniform,
jumpy, long, short, repeated whether, if so, how much
time, is there a song recognizable chorus, “if it enters in
the ear“)
Tempo (fast, slow, moderate, changeable, where
changes, is the change of tempo connected with the text
of the song..)
Dynamics (uniform, sudden changes, gradual changes..)
Rhythm (uniform movement, diverse, distinctive, more
important than melody, more important than the text..)
Text (what is the song’s story, does it tell something...?)
INTERIOR COLLECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
Does the song have meaning for the community in which you
live?
What is the general opinion of the vast majority of members
of your class, school, wider circle of acquaintances about that
song? What does your family think about the song?
Is there any association of your group binding with this singer?
What evokes that song in your family?
What your family members associate with that singer band?
EXTERIOR COLLECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
What is the music style of that song?
(rock, pop, rap, r&b, soul, jazz...)
When was it created?
Who published it? Whas it self published? Who was
involved in the release of the album, the making of the
video? (professional dancers, actors, people from the
street, passers-by, models, friends singer / singers /
groups, the spot is homemade ...)
Is there a particular style of dressing and appearance of a
person connected with that song / group? Describe that
style in detail (eg. Baggy pants, tight shirts...)

Instructions for the analysis of the songs through four quadrants INTERIOR INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS How do I experience the song and how influence me certain external characteristics does it invoke certain feelings? How do I perceive changes in the melody, causing a change of mood? What I want to do when I hear that song? How do I feel when I hear song’s distinctive riffs, rhythm or memorable part in a sudden situation, on an unusual place pr. bank, train station, school, street, restaurant, etc.? How the change of dynamics in the song affects me? Do I understand the lyrics? Can I "find myself" in the text? Does it in invokes in me the desire for a certain lifestyle? EXTERIOR INDIVIDUAL FEATURES Melody (sung, speeches, large or small scale, uniform, jumpy, long, short, repeated whether, if so, how much time, is there a song recognizable chorus, “if it enters in the ear“) Tempo (fast, slow, moderate, changeable, where changes, is the change of tempo connected with the text of the song..) Dynamics (uniform, sudden changes, gradual changes..) Rhythm (uniform movement, diverse, distinctive, more important than melody, more important than the text..) Text (what is the song’s story, does it tell something...?) INTERIOR COLLECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS Does the song have meaning for the community in which you live? What is the general opinion of the vast majority of members of your class, school, wider circle of acquaintances about that song? What does your family think about the song? Is there any association of your group binding with this singer? What evokes that song in your family? What your family members associate with that singer band? EXTERIOR COLLECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS What is the music style of that song? (rock, pop, rap, r&b, soul, jazz...) When was it created? Who published it? Whas it self published? Who was involved in the release of the album, the making of the video? (professional dancers, actors, people from the street, passers-by, models, friends singer / singers / groups, the spot is homemade ...) Is there a particular style of dressing and appearance of a person connected with that song / group? Describe that style in detail (eg. Baggy pants, tight shirts...)

  1. Zašto Integralna teorija, a ne neka druga teorija svega? Predstavlja put ka većoj slobodi, potpunosti, manjoj fragmentiranosti i parcijalnosti te potiče suosjećanje i razumijevanje te toleranciju. U potrazi za integralnom filozofijom, koja bi uvjerljivo ispreplela mnoge pluralističke kontekste znanosti, morala, estetike, istočne kao i zapadne filozofije, te velikih svjetskih tradicija, Ken Wilber je uočio da se kompleksnost gotovo svega od globalnog terorizma do osobne prirode svakog pojedinca sastoji od 4 uzorka koji se ne mogu reducirati (svesti na jedan) i koji izranjaju svi odjednom.
  2. Kvadranti čine temelj AQAL mape, najopsežnije i sveobuhvatne mape na kojoj se temelji Integralna teorija. . AQAL je kratica za "sve-kvadrante, sve-razine", koja je i sama skraćenica za "sve kvadrante, sve-razine, sve-linije, sva-stanja, i sve-tipove.” "AQAL" se često koristi naizmjenično s pojmovima (istoznačnice): Integralna teorija, Integralni pristup, Integralna mapa, Integralni model, i Integralni operativni sustav (IOS). Integralna teorija je metateorija koja pokušava objasniti kako se metodologije, koje su se najviše testirale i iskustva koja su te metodologije donijele, međusobno uklapaju na koherentan način.
  3. Proučavajući razne hijerarhije (od hijerarhija prirodnih znanosti, razvojne psihologije, lingvističkih, kontekstualnih, duhovnih...) Ken Wilber je uočio da razne hijerarhije spadaju u četiri velika razreda, koje je on nazvao četiri kvadranta. Uočio je da se neke hijerarhije odnose na pojedince, neke na kolektive, neke opisuju vanjske stvarnosti, neke unutarnje. Sastojci hijerarhija su holoni. Stvarnost se u svim domenama sastoji od holona – cjelina koje su ujedno i dijelovi drugih cjelina. Primjerice, cijeli atom je dio cijele molekule, cijelo slovo je dio cijele riječi koja je dio cijele rečenice koja je dio cijelog odlomka itd, cijela slika je dio cijelog simbola, simbol dio koncepta, koncept pravila (razvojna psihologija).
  4. Kvadranti su četiri perspektive kroz koje mi razumijemo svijet, četiri dimenzije nas samih, našeg života i osobnog iskustva. Primjer: u ovom trenutku možemo biti svjesni svojih osjećaja, promotriti svoje ponašanje, fizičke karakteristike, možemo se uzajamno razumjeti ili podijeliti uzajamne osjećaje s nekim do koga nam je stalo i ujedno biti umreženi s raznim društvenim skupinama poput obitelji i kolega na poslu. Kvadranti su ujedno i perspektive
  5. Kvadranti su ujedno i perspektive kroz koje možemo razumjeti doslovce bilo koji predmet ili pojavu na obuhvatniji i manje fragmentirani način. Ukoliko fenomen proučavamo kroz jednu leću, izostavimo ostale, dobivamo nepotpuno znanje i nemoguće je dobiti potpuni uvid. Kvadranati nam pomažu istkati cijelinu od tema koje se inače čine rascjepkane i pretjerano složene. Prema lokaciji kvadranti se dijele na GL, GD, DL, i DD. GL dimenziju istražuju znanstvene discipline poput psihoanalize, introspekcije, meditacije, razvojni strukturalizam, fenomenologija i matematika GD dimenziju istražuju biheviorizam, kognitivna znanost, kemija, biologija, neuroznanost, empirijske znanosti DL antropologija, hermeneutika, etnometodologija, kritična teorija kulture, semantika, povijest, klasični strukturalizam DD sociologija, ekologija, sistemska teorija, funkcionalizam, teorija kompleksnosti, teorija informacija, inžinjering
