In the Name Of was recently created by Lily Allen as a subsidiary of Sony focusing on new artists like Tom Odell and Cults. Atlantic Records is an American label known for blues, rock, and jazz that is now a subsidiary of Warner, having merged with Elektra Records and signing a diverse range of artists from Scars on 45 to B.O.B. to indie folk acts Birdy, Matt Corby, and Jason Mraz.
