- Understand the goals and objectives of the Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan (EPP) curriculum, recognizing its importance in fostering practical life skills and values among students. Students will also be able to identify the key components and subjects covered, such as agriculture, home economics, industrial arts, and information and communication technology.

- 2. IPC Magazines LTD (TimeInc UK) IPC Magazines LTD was founded in 1968 and focuses on Luxury, Lifestyle and Specialist magazine publishing. Examples of the magazines that they publish is World Soccer, NME, Amateur Photographer, Look, Ideal Home and also publish comics. IPC Magazines LTD was mainly made by other companies merged such as Oldhams Press LTD, C. Arthur Pearson, George Newnes Publishers, Hulton Press and Associated Newspapers who were wanting market share in a highly competitive industry. As the sport magazine that they already publish is a similar style and design to the one I want to portray, this may be a good publisher option for me.
- 3. Ascential (EMAP) Ascential was founded in 1947 and is a business-to-business media company which also specialises in festival and exhibitions information. It is also listed on the FTSE 250 Index and the London Stock Exchange. It publishes many genres of magazines more luxury and lifestyle magazines such as Architects Journal and Retail Week, examples of the speciality genre such as Egypt Mega projects, Retail Week Awards and Drapers Fashion etc. This wouldn’t be a suitable publisher for my magazine as it does not have enough sport experience even though there is a gap in their market for a sport magazine.
- 4. BBC Books (BBC Publishing) BBC Books is majority owner by Penguin Random House which is part of the Ebury Publishing division which has been actively publishing since the 1980’s. They not only publish magazines but they also publish books too such to go along with radio and television including lifestyle, natural history, cookery and the behind the scenes creation of books. Some examples of the magazines are MOTD mag, BBC News Magazine and BBC History Magazine. This could be a good publisher for my magazine as it has experience of sports magazines and would link in with my magazine well due to content I want to include.
- 5. Living North Living North Magazines was founded in 1999 in the North of England, it overall follows the lifestyle style of a magazine. It is made regional by the fact that the content that is included in the magazine is all linked to the region of the North of England. This could also be a good publishing option for my magazine as it is a local magazine as it creates content for the North of England and does not have a large section for football so there is a gap in there publishing company for a local sports magazine.
- 6. Narc Narc magazine has is a fairly new company founded in 2014, these focus on the latest music, art and literature, film, comedy and stage goings on in the North East of England. This could be a good idea for my magazine to be published under as they focus on the music and culture of the North East and one major part of the North East culture is sport which they do not yet report on, so there is a gap in the publishing market for my magazine.
- 7. The Crack The magazine was founded in 1985 and reports on the local culture and events that are going on in the North East and is a heavily family orientated. As it is heavily family orientated it mainly follows the topic of stage and art. It does not yet feature football or sport so there is a gap in the market for my magazine to fit into with the publishing company, so I could use this for publishing.
- 8. Summary From the national publishers the one I would use as a publisher would be BBC Books as the football magazine they have already published is different to the style that I am going for. From the regional publishers the one I would use as a publisher would be Living North as they focus on lifestyle and follow the design style I prefer so there is a gap in their publishing company for me. Out of these two publishing companies I would prefer to use BBC Books as there is a gap in the market for my style of football magazine and my potential target audience and they have experience with sport magazines.
