that creates and produces films.
They tend to own large numbers
of companies themselves, in
various types of mass media.
There is different types of companies
which can either be big budget
Hollywood production company or
either a independent film company.

3. Warner Brothers Pictures:
Warner Brothers have very upheld high standards that’s stayed true to the
principles of its leaders, mainly through the Hollywood’s golden age.
The American multinational media corporation is headquartered in the
Time Warner Centre in New York City. Mid-2010, it was the world’s
second largest media and entertainment conglomerate in terms of
revenue (behind The Walt Disney Company), as well as the world’s largest
media conglomerate.
They are producers of film, television, and music entertainment. One of the major film studios, it is
a subsidiary of Time Warner, with its headquarters in Burbank, California and New York. Warner
Bros. has several subsidiary companies, including Warner Bros. Studios, Warner Bros. Pictures,
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Warner owns half of The CW Television Network. Warner
Brothers businesses range from feature film and TV to home entertainment production and
worldwide distribution to home video, digital distribution, animation, comic books, licensing and
international cinemas and broadcasting.

Paramount were founded in 1912 under the
name Famous Players Film Company, right
from the offset they started making feature
length films for the target audience, these
films led to the studios being more and more
recognized, in 1914’s they started releasing
films under “Paramount Pictures Corporation”,
this led to Paramount becoming the worlds
leading film distribute.

6. EuropaCorp
I think I would like to incorporate action as the sub-genre for my film. A perfect example
of an action thriller film, includes the Taken film series. The Production Company that has
both produced and distributed the Taken Film series is EuropaCorp, which is one of the
major film producers in France and Europe, head-quartered in Saint-Denis near Paris – and
one of only a few fully integrated independent studios that both produces and distributes
feature films.
