Overview of Situation
• A number of times situation arises when a group of people have to
make a vote.
• Traditional way of voting is usually cumbersome and also
uncomfortable for some.
• “Insta Vote” app is the solution to traditional voting.
Company’s Goal
• Major goals of the company are:
• To provide a platform for LIVE voting.
• To provide a reliable medium for conducting polls, and display result in an
effective way.
• Through the application, an individual will be able to post a question,
and the concerned group will be able to instantly voice their opinion.
Product Overview
“Insta Vote” is one of its own kind in the sense
that it provides the facility of “LIVE Voting”
through Local Hotspot which doesn’t require
access to Web.
“Insta Vote” is reliable. A unique pin is generated
every time an event is posted. Only an individual
with the pin can participate in the poll.
“Insta Vote” is free for all to download, and Local
Voting is free of cost. You can create as many
events as you want and post as many questions as
you can.
Market Overview
“Insta Vote” is unique in its own way. But there are some
potential competitors in the market. Some of them include:
“VoxVote Live Voting App”, “Poll Everywhere” and “Live Voting
App”.
Most of the competitors are premium service providers,
and even their prices are higher than the prices of
“Insta Vote” application
THREATS
Greatest threat for “Insta Vote” would be to have
a competitor offering all the services free of cost.
OPPORTUNITIES
• Greatest opportunity for “Insta Vote” is its time of launch, which is
“Present”
• Another opportunity for “Insta Vote” is availability of competitors’
product which can help in the positioning and deployment of “Insta
Vote”
• Most of the customers are not aware about the presence of
competitors’ product, this in itself is an opportunity to gain the
customers’ loyalty before the competitor does.
Target Customers
People involved in Education Sector. Such as teachers,
students, researchers, etc. For example: If a teacher gives a
question and asks for an opinion from the students, then
students can use the app to poll their opinions
People involved in Corporate Sector. Decision makers often
have to take opinion of the staff or colleagues. The traditional
way of voting is often too cumbersome and time taking. “Insta
Vote” on the other hand is fast, efficient and more versatile.

  • 4. Overview of Situation • A number of times situation arises when a group of people have to make a vote. • Traditional way of voting is usually cumbersome and also uncomfortable for some. • “Insta Vote” app is the solution to traditional voting.

Company’s Goal • Major goals of the company are: • To provide a platform for LIVE voting. • To provide a reliable medium for conducting polls, and display result in an effective way. • Through the application, an individual will be able to post a question, and the concerned group will be able to instantly voice their opinion.
  • 7. “Insta Vote” is one of its own kind in the sense that it provides the facility of “LIVE Voting” through Local Hotspot which doesn’t require access to Web.

  • 9. “Insta Vote” is free for all to download, and Local Voting is free of cost. You can create as many events as you want and post as many questions as you can.
