The amount of features in today’s retail commerce platforms is very significant and the interdependencies between them very complex. Bringing innovation may have a destructive potential on experience and rentability. However the lack of the same blunts the competitive edge of the product leaving shares of customers to the competition. Delivering new features in a careful manner has become the key to competitive eCommerce.

During 20 minutes of my presentation I will briefly describe the Social CRM. The data is people, not metrics? How to fall in love with the data? How many clients do you know? Customer Intelligence, A/B testing – the whole truth behind the concept. Recommendations and machine learning – how it works? The Data Entitlement. Transactional Marketing, Marketing Automation – what is it? Cookie Marketing, Identified Audience, Cross Device, Image Marketing, Retention Marketing, Cart Marketing. Do not be afraid of the Trojan Horse – Plugin CRM. To be like Amazon.

10 potential images for my school magazineviva_hasan
This slide share presentation displays 10 images which I have analysed as they all have potential of being used for my school magazine. The presentations looks at the reasons behind why each one could be used. [03/01/2016]
This is a task designed to prepare me for my music magazine design and preparation. It describes the processes I have been through and the methods I used to design and construct a school magazine.

Synthetic Fiber Construction in lab .pptxPavel ( NSTU)
Synthetic fiber production is a fascinating and complex field that blends chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. By understanding these aspects, students can gain a comprehensive view of synthetic fiber production, its impact on society and the environment, and the potential for future innovations. Synthetic fibers play a crucial role in modern society, impacting various aspects of daily life, industry, and the environment. ynthetic fibers are integral to modern life, offering a range of benefits from cost-effectiveness and versatility to innovative applications and performance characteristics. While they pose environmental challenges, ongoing research and development aim to create more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. Understanding the importance of synthetic fibers helps in appreciating their role in the economy, industry, and daily life, while also emphasizing the need for sustainable practices and innovation.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
2. Picture #2
This picture inspired me when thinking of my
Masthead (ASPIRE) as is captured the essence
of what Solihull Sixthform is supposed to
represent – Aspiration and dedication to
learning. The library is a very serene and calm
place for students to work, and I was able to
capture a very scenic view outside of the
windows. The picture showed a student of the
college studying and reading out of a Law
book in the silent study area. The target
audience of my magazine ASPIRE is aimed
towards all students between the ages of 16
and 18, and the genre is that of an
educational/helpful magazine that students can
use to further themselves and find a variety of
different oppertunities.
Picture #1
This picture inspired me when thinking of my
Masthead as it represents the aesthetic of the
college; the colour scheme matches that of
the motto ASPIRE advertised all around the
college. It shows that this is a place of
learning and individuality and full of
creativity. The sky is clear, and the shadow
that the tree casts makes it truly calming and
3. Picture #3
This picture inspired me when thinking of my Masthead ASPIRE as it is very
similar to the other picture I took of a student in the library; however this time the
setting is outside which allows the natural light and shadows to enhance the
aesthetic of the picture.
It is scenic but has a focus on the idea of studying, which further emphasises the
genre of my magazine, that it is an educational/student help magazine. The models
featured in the two of my pictures are female but the magazine is aimed at all
genders.
