This is the most comprehensive introduction to Probiotics, little creatures that have been called by some experts as "internal doctors". What they do for your health is mind-boggling, no matter if you are aware of their existence or not. But as much as the "good" bacteria immensely help your health there are also "bad" microbes that are very harmful to you.
There is plenty of information about probiotics. From articles to scientific studies. But who wants to spend hours and hours to finally get confused. That's what many people feel after reading all those publications. Not everyone is a microbiologist to understand the terms so that he/she can connect the dots.
Therefore, we felt that there was something missing — a guide that really starts at the beginning to equip people with a healthy balance of basic knowledge and "actionable" strategies that can be implemented right away. The Beginners Guide to Probiotics gives you exactly that.

Acute scrotum is a general term referring to an emergency condition affecting the contents or the wall of the scrotum.
There are a number of conditions that present acutely, predominantly with pain and/or swelling
A careful and detailed history and examination, and in some cases, investigations allow differentiation between these diagnoses. A prompt diagnosis is essential as the patient may require urgent surgical intervention
Testicular torsion refers to twisting of the spermatic cord, causing ischaemia of the testicle.
Testicular torsion results from inadequate fixation of the testis to the tunica vaginalis producing ischemia from reduced arterial inflow and venous outflow obstruction.
The prevalence of testicular torsion in adult patients hospitalized with acute scrotal pain is approximately 25 to 50 percent

The prostate is an exocrine gland of the male mammalian reproductive system
It is a walnut-sized gland that forms part of the male reproductive system and is located in front of the rectum and just below the urinary bladder
Function is to store and secrete a clear, slightly alkaline fluid that constitutes 10-30% of the volume of the seminal fluid that along with the spermatozoa, constitutes semen
A healthy human prostate measures (4cm-vertical, by 3cm-horizontal, 2cm ant-post ).
It surrounds the urethra just below the urinary bladder. It has anterior, median, posterior and two lateral lobes
It’s work is regulated by androgens which are responsible for male sex characteristics
Generalised disease of the prostate due to hormonal derangement which leads to non malignant enlargement of the gland (increase in the number of epithelial cells and stromal tissue)to cause compression of the urethra leading to symptoms (LUTS

In poultry productivity, to maintain a healthy gut is of immense importance. Short chain fatty acids
have an outstanding effect in maintaining gut health through their different area of action. Short
chain fatty acids successfully maintain the gut health in the anterior part of gastrointestinal tract. The
posterior part along with the caecum remains a challenge due to the inability of various short chain
fattyacidstoreachthere,inanundissociatedform.
KONZERVE Plus is a bio-regulator acidifier, which is comprised of a short chain fatty acid i.e. a
pureformofsodiumsaltofn-Butyricacid.
KONZERVE Plus CH -[CH ] – COONa3 2 2
KONZERVE Plus is Sodium Butyrate (90%) Coated with cellulose. This protects Sodium
Butyrate from being hygroscopic and covers up the pungent odor. KONZERVE Plus help to release
Sodium Butyrate at the gut. So the full potency of the salt can be achieved at the required site of
action.
The Butyric acid in KONZERVE Plus enters the microbial cell in undissociated form.Within the cell it
releases protons in an alkaline environment which results the decrease of intracellular pH. This
decrease of pH influences microbial metabolism by inhibiting the action of important microbial
enzymes. Microbial cells try to excrete proton by using its energy and ultimately end up to death.
KONZERVE Plus also supplies energy to the epithetical cells of villi to recover its damage caused by
theenteritis.

In an undissociated state KONZERVE Plus is strongly lipophilic and easily cross membranes. The

controls the nitric oxide production. KONZERVE Plus stimulates proliferation of beneficial bacteria's
