For my media as coursework i have to come up with a few ideas and storylines so in this powerpoint i'm showing my thought process before showing my final idea.

4. I always like all of my ideas so having to pick one of them is a personally really hard
thing to do, so to do it I’m going to go with what I think would be most practical to
produce, the one I could do to the highest standard with the facilities available to
me.
Religion:
GOOD:The reason I chose Christianity is because due to the lack of racial diversity in
Marlborough I would be able to find the right actors to fit the stereotype.
BAD: to do this I would need a wider age range of actors and I feel that I may find it
harder to find adults that would be willing to act in this.
As a whole the idea could be seen as controversial due to the negative view it’ll be giving
off to the audience.
Tragedy drama:
GOOD: I feel that showing the effects of being a young carer would be enlightening for
the viewers as I don’t think there are many/if any films out there on the topic.
BAD: Like the previous storyline I think it would be hard to find an adult willing to play
the mum in my storyline.
Sexual orientation:
GOOD: It’s a creative idea that I’d like to explore more to subvert the stereotypes of
society and to show the audiences a different perspective in a way that they can relate
too.
BAD: May be hard to find actors willing to participate.
Social drama:
GOOD: would be easy to film but also Is an interesting storyline.
BAD: Feel like it’s a common storyline that ‘fan girl stalkers’ have been done before, may
not be the most original idea.
