something. It is defined as the knowledge attained by practicing or

feelings. It’s first dicerning the defference between what you’re feeling
now and the underlying emotions that may driving those feeling.

 Behavioral information is the currently preferred term used to describe the
many ways in which human beings interact with information, in particular,
the ways in which people seek and utillize information.

 Attitudinal information is about customer feeling, motivations, and
