How do I tell?
• May contain graphs and charts.
• Written by a scholar in the field or

research in the field. Degrees

affiliations are often included by

Include enough information so that the reader can

Order list alphabetically by the author’s surname
(or first word in group, association, agency, etc.; or
title if there is no author).
Be consistent.
