2. Initiator and goals of the project
Initiator of the project – the Investment Promotion Agency of
Novosibirsk region – a specialized organization for cooperation with
investors and support of investment projects authorized by the
Government of Novosibirsk Region.
Name of the project – the involvement of foreign residents in the

Goal of the project – implementation of the project involving foreign
residents in the industrial-logistics park of Novosibirsk region for creation
of enterprises in the field of transport and logistics centers, industrial
enterprises, new technologies, reclamation industry.

9. Conditions for the residents
The price of the land sites rent (with the right of further purchase)
includes at no additional charge:
 electricity supply – 100 kW for every 1 ha of land
 adjacency to the road:
1 adjacency for a land site smaller than 5 ha
2 adjacencies – for land site bigger than 5 hа
 contiguity to the railroad tracks of uncommon use is possible for the
land sites bigger than 5 hectares
