“Gidrokompozit” LLC is equipped with modern injection molding machines JONWAI with clamping forces from 120 to 650 tons and shot sizes up to 3500 cm3. High-tech equipment makes it possible to produce parts from 5 grams to 3 kilograms from various materials, such as polyamide, polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS), liquid crystal polymer (LCP), and their blend compounds. The modern laboratory of physical and mechanical and physical-chemical analysis, certified by ILAC, is developing compounds for replacement existing metal solutions and performing the quality control of raw materials and final products.

 We have successfully been working since 2014
 Our production site is equipped with modern thermoplastautomats
JONWAI with clamping force from 120 to 500 tons and injection
capacity up to 2500 cm3.
 High-tech equipment makes it possible to manufacture products
from 5 grams to 2 kilograms using various materials: polyamide,
polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene
copolymer (ABS), liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and compositions on
their basis.
 Modern laboratory for polymer degradation and stabilization,
accredited in ILAC, designs compounds to substitute existing metal
products. It also controls the quality of incoming raw materials and
finished products.
 The company carries out research and manufacturing activities in
accordance with ISO 9001-2011, ISO 14001-2007 and ISO 18001-
2007.
