- 5. ARTIST • ARTIST NAME: BLANC • How does he fit? • He fits into our genre through being a part of the youth, while being humble and original which is respectable to the youth target audience while focusing on important social issues.
- 6. INSPIRATION Through researching on popular indie genre artists, we found the stereotypical use of minimalism that are found in artists such as Artic Monkeys and Twenty-One- Pilots. This minimalism will be used in our digipak which is where we found this inspiration from.
- 7. NARRATIVE • We took inspiration from Logics – 1-800, which focuses on the same issue of mental health as we aimed to depict. • The video we aim to construct will match the issues of modern day health along with the meaning behind the lyrics through the use of a common/stereotypical situation that leads to mental health. • It’ll be constructed through shots that bring deeper meaning and ideas to the narrative, as well as it being a modern story/breakup between friends.
