Image Enhancement is carried out in a systematic way using various analytical tools which are called clinics. In this presentation, we are describing the whole process which we adopt while consulting an Individual Client for Image Management.
Behavioral consultation is a four-stage problem-solving model that involves the cooperative efforts of two or more persons to clarify a student's needs and develop and implement appropriate strategies for intervention. This approach facilitates the development of reports which serve to effectively and efficiently communicate assessment and treatment data with clients, serve as a source of hypotheses and interventions, and provide a baseline for evaluating progress and any future behavioral changes. Further, the systematic and comprehensive documentation of treatment approaches and outcomes translates to increased accountability for practitioners.

Overview of User Research for Design and DevelopmentFITC
Presented by Michelle Yaiser
In Boston on Nov 7-8, 2013 at FITC's Web Unleashed 2013 event
Good research is critical to ensuring the success of the experiences you design and develop. But research doesn’t have to be costly or take a long time; by conducting even small, quick research projects, you’ll learn more about who your audiences are, what they want and what they need. You’ll discover what your users really think about your project and what you never knew about how they use it. Armed with this knowledge, you’ll save time and money on both design and development.
In this session, Michelle will discuss the core user research methods and tools available. She will also talk about how to use multiple research methods in a project to get more valuable results. Finally, attendees will learn the questions to ask that help determine which methods to use and when.
Discusses roadblocks to consider when undertaking a new project and how to prepare for barriers that might jeopardize the success, and engage the audience in discussion of challenges they have faced in trying to innovate and creative solutions to work around them.

Thinking Different: The tools for better startup ideas
The most inspiring ideas are those that connect things that on the surface don’t have much to do with each other. It’s these ideas that create new possibilities and realities within a customer’s mind.
Million dollar ideas are born from your own experiences but you need the proper tool set to think differently, obligating your mind to make connections that it habitually doesn’t make. That’s thinking different.
This workshop will give you a series of theoretical tools that are utilized in a hands on group exercise where you’ll ideate, find a business model, give and get feedback and finish with a quick pitch of your idea.
The workshop is structured to give you order, limits and to feed your natural creativity. At the same time the workshop is structured in 5-10 bursts so that you get accustomed to thinking fast and trusting your first gut instincts.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
