Group Training Sessions – Monika’s approach and methodology
While conducting group training sessions, Monika focuses on interpersonal and
interactive methodologies that aim at imparting knowledge and know-how at
collective as well as individual levels. She realizes that she is not delivering a
lecture, but engaging her trainees in a two-way collaborative communication
process.
Monika applies both cyclical and systemic processes to train her groups. The
cyclical method covers the full spectrum of concepts and practices of image
management. The systemic coverage exposes the participants to the full expanse of
the image management ecology, empowering them to be at their best in a wide
range of social, cultural, cross-cultural, business, leisure, family, friends, and
couple scenarios.
Apart from image enhancement, the trainees are also taught about self-image
enhancement, which is to say, how to improve self-confidence,
self-esteem and self-worth, and thereby lead a gratifying life.

Individual Clinics – Monika’s diagnostic approach
Monika calls her one-on-one training sessions ‘Clinics,’ thus emphasizing her diagnostic approach and
dedicated individual attention. Since 2012, Monika has conducted over 250 highly goal-oriented and results-
centric Clinics with a range of participants – from upwardly mobile young career aspirants to CXOs, and every
layer in-between.
During these Clinics, Monika engages the participants in wide-ranging interactions, using a combination of
assessment and evaluation techniques, including formative, summative and process assessments,
measurement and analytic al tools, psychosomatics, body language, and more. If needed, Monika takes
assistance of psychologists, sporting coaches, mentors, healers, etc. for holistic assessment of participants. She
then goes to the drawing board to design a customized image enhancement and self-improvement module.
Once this design is ready, Monika ‘hits the floor’ and takes the participant through several rounds of
experiential learning sessions, mainly in personal shopping, versatile wardrobe management, dining and
other social experiences, and salon visits for beauty and personal care tips.
Through several more individual sessions, Monika implements her complete Clinic plan, at the end of which
the participants rediscover themselves.
The touch points of individual Clinics are identical to those of group sessions; only, thy are made modular,
open-ended and interchangeable to cater to individual needs.

Monika is a colors person – She is fascinated by colors. One of her
favorite lines is Osho’s spontaneous remark upon seeing a beautiful wild
flower, "यह रंग कह ाँ से आए.”
