heroism in the Dandiya Raas of Maher community in Gujarat. In
Gujarat and especially in Saurashtra region ,generally Men wear
traditional costumes, having preset sized wooden sticks in this dance.
Lyrics of the songs that are being sung in this dance are sometimes
flowing enjoyment ,at times expressing the feeling of separation and
sometimes inspiring heroism . This is usually being played with the
ancient instruments like Drum , Flute and RAVAN Hattho etc.
