the end of the internship, to these quality interns, saves the training and recruiting costs.
3. Companies use Smart selection methods to identify interns
Companies use in built selection tools like Quizzing & testing tools, available at the internship
websites to hire the most relevant interns. This saves them a lot of time, as they are no longer
dependent on traditional recruitment methods of screening 100s of resumes/candidate profiles.
4. Companies assign mentors & define clear roadmap
Companies establish a clear roadmap & assign key mentors to guide interns, thus making sure the
interns are productive
5. Companies run a ‘Test first week’ with interns
Companies run a test week where they check for the intern’s attitude, commitment, culture fit etc.
before investing a lot of time on the intern
