The students organized a paper recycling project to help the environment. They went to different classes to collect old newspapers and inform students about the importance of reducing paper waste. Their goal was to educate their fellow schoolmates about how saving paper can help preserve trees and reduce pollution. They were able to source waste paper for recycling mills to help lower deforestation. The students felt it was a great opportunity to serve nature and share their views on the benefits of paper recycling.
The plantable pencil is a unique and eco-friendly writing instrument that combines creativity with sustainability. Made from recycled paper embedded with seeds, this remarkable pencil serves as a powerful symbol of environmental responsibility and positive change. As you write with the plantable pencil, you sow the seeds of hope and growth. Once the pencil becomes too short to write with, it transforms into a seed that can be planted in soil, giving rise to a living, breathing plant. This innovative concept fosters a deeper connection with nature and encourages greener habits, inspiring us to be mindful of our impact on the environment. By embracing the plantable pencil, we contribute to a collective movement towards a greener, more sustainable future. Let your words take root and grow, leaving a lasting impression on both paper and the planet. Together, let's nurture a world where creativity and environmental consciousness go hand in hand, one pencil at a time.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Synthetic Fiber Construction in lab .pptxPavel ( NSTU)
Synthetic fiber production is a fascinating and complex field that blends chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. By understanding these aspects, students can gain a comprehensive view of synthetic fiber production, its impact on society and the environment, and the potential for future innovations. Synthetic fibers play a crucial role in modern society, impacting various aspects of daily life, industry, and the environment. ynthetic fibers are integral to modern life, offering a range of benefits from cost-effectiveness and versatility to innovative applications and performance characteristics. While they pose environmental challenges, ongoing research and development aim to create more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. Understanding the importance of synthetic fibers helps in appreciating their role in the economy, industry, and daily life, while also emphasizing the need for sustainable practices and innovation.
4. It was a great feeling to think about
serving the nature back. When we
heard about the project ,we
immediately agreed to do it. Our mind
was filled with ideas and enthusiasm
to complete the project. It was a great
opportunity as we were given the
chance to serve our Mother Nature.
5.
6. Our first thought was
saving paper by reducing
the amount of paper we
use. Then we decided to
include our fellow students.
We requested them to
bring old news papers from
their home and a carton in
which they would dump
only paper, reducing its use
day by day. That’s how we
came up with the idea of
having one carton dustbin
exclusively for paper.
8. We selected class 6-
10 to share our views
with them. We went to
each and every class
and requested them to
stop wasting papers.
We told them to
bringold newspapers
so that we can recycle
them. We addressed
our fellow students
about the damage they
are causing to earth by
wasting even a single
paper.
9.
10. • They source waste paper from across the globe to be used
as raw material instead of natural wood by paper mills in
India.
•They contribute to the preserving of environment and the
green cover from deforestation.
•They source waste paper to Indian mills and partners across
the globe.
•We tied up with R.K. Bhardwaj, director of
and had an interactive talk-session with 9th class
students. They asked questions to satisfy the queries related
to paper recycling.
11.
12. To inculcate the feeling of saving
paper in our fellow schoolmates. We
decided to share our thoughts and
views regarding the importance of
paper. We informed them about the
benefits of saving paper which
would mean saving trees. We told
that the trees help in reducing
pollution and due to their presence,
we are able to survive.
