The debate on the inclusion of children with disabilities in mainstream schools has increased in recent years due changes in education policy. From this, many teachers began to rebuild their teaching practices in order to obtain the participation of all students in activities, including those students who had some type of disability. This paper aims to discuss some pedagogical strategies that can promote the inclusion of children with disabilities in Physical Education classes, founded in the area literature. The results show that the the pedagogical practice of physical education teacher should be planned, well executed and new knowledge must be generated so that the activity objectives are achieved safely and benefit of all students.

This indicated that the approach evidently showed positive results and displayed a vital connection in increasing students’ academic achievement. The findings indicate that generally teachers had positive attitudes towards GAC programms in school. It however emerged that gender has some influence on teachers’ attitudes towards GAC programmes. It was recommended that female teachers be given support by education stakeholders in order for them to offer the needed services in GAC departments and the male teachers to be encouraged to attend the workshops and enroll for GAC courses. The findings, conclusions and recommendations will be useful to the department of GAC, Ministry of Education, policy makers, researchers, practitioners, academicians, professionals and stakeholders in the various fields.

This study aims to obtain information and find out about the Efforts to Increase Learning Outcomes of Human Social Life in Social Sciences Subjects through Jigsaw Learning Models in Class VII / 1 of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai. This type of research is classroom action research with research subjects being grade VII / 1 students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai with a total of 32 students. This study consisted of two cycles, where the first cycle was carried out at meetings 1 and 2 and the second cycle was carried out at meetings 3 and 4. Each cycle consisted of four stages of research, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. this was obtained from observation sheets, field notes, and test sheets, which analyzed qualitative data using percentages. Based on the results of the study showed that the learning outcomes of students in class VII / 1 using the Jigsaw learning model increased from the initial pre-cycle conditions by 56, the first cycle by 81% and the second cycle by 90%. The conclusion is that using a jigsaw learning model can improve students' social studies learning outcomes in class VII / 1 of SMPN 1 Batang Anai.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UVAs), commonly known as drones have extensively been utilized in military operations during the last decade for surveillance, monitoring enemy activities, collecting information, and even attacking military targets and terrorist hideouts. They are also increasingly finding uses in civil applications, such as policing and firefighting and nonmilitary work, such as inspection of power lines and pipelines. Furthermore, corporations utilized them in commercial applications, such as agriculture, logistics, delivering small packages to rough terrain locations, and medication to emergency locations. UAVs are often preferred for missions that are too ―dull, dirty or dangerous‖ for manned aircraft. This paper is exploratory in nature and describes the past and current usage in logistics and military. It further explores design and development considerations of UAVs. This is an emerging technology that will change the landscape of logistics and supply chain management. This research article provides a basic foundation to academicians, researchers, and commercial companies.

The Management of Package of Practices of any crop plays a key role in its production. The important package of practices on which they were having high technological gap were insect management (46.55%) in Jabalpur and (45.77%) in Narsinghpur district, weed management (45.41%) in Jabalpur and (43.19%) in Narsinghpur district, seed treatment (41.80%) in Jabalpur and (41.85%) in Narsinghpur district, disease management (40.33%) in Jabalpur and (40.44%) in Narsinghpur district, seed selection (36.66%) in Jabalpur and (37.40%) in Narsinghpur district. Thus, it was suggested that a separate study on assessment of knowledge and adoption of components of gram production practices may be conducted to give wide predictability and consistency of results
Coordination in Three-Level Supply Chain under Output and Demand Uncertaintyinventionjournals
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to designing a contract that can coordinate three -level supply chain with output and demand uncertainty. Design/methodology/approach: This paper focuses on three-level supply chain with a supplier, a manufacturer and a retailer. If the supplier and the manufacturer’s production is subject to random yield and the retailer faces uncertain demand, the existence of supply chain demonstrates doubled marginalizing lead to analyses of supply chain coordination and buyback contract. Findings: Although buyback contract cannot coordinate the three – level supply chain, it can improve the performance of supply chain. Therefore, we design the buyback-cost sharing contract from the perspective of risk sharing to coordination supply chain, and the profits of all members of the supply chain have been improved by Pareto. The numerical examples further to research the effects of demand and output uncertainty on supply chain performance. Originality/value: Comprehensively comparing risk-sharing contract and buyback contract is only presented in the supply chain

Satisfaction is an important milestone in insurance products, especially at a time when the industry's reputation has been spoiled by mis-selling and improper disclosures of returns by agents. In that LIC holds majority market share in life insurance industry. The objective of the study is to understand the policyholder’s satisfaction and the various factors contributing to the satisfaction level. The primary data was collected by using the structured questionnaire and secondary data was collected by using journals, newspapers and the internet. The study area was limited to Coimbatore District. The reason to conduct the study in Coimbatore district is previously no researcher had done the satisfaction study in life insurance and IRDAI regulatory body had insisted all the insurance companied to disclose the lapsation of the policies. The population is not clear and it is infinite. Hence the sample size selected is 300 for the study.

This paper aims to explore the impact of different types of interactivity on consumer perception. A quantitative research methodology using scenario-based experiment was employed. An experiment was conducted using research participants from Turkey. The findings of this study suggest that person interactivity leads to higher levels of attitude towards website, ease of use, and e-loyalty than machine interactivity. The results also reveal that person interactivity combined with high contact interactivity is the optimal strategy for e-retailers

The purpose of the present paper is to trace the elements of Zizekian subject in the main characters of Coetzee's Childhood of the Jesus. To pave the way for such an analysis, a short background about the main notions are provided in addition to a terse summary of the novel itself. Quotations and conversations are aptly chosen to analyze the main characters process of subject formation. Before going through the analysis, the three orders, imaginary, symbolic and Real are discussed in details. David, John and Ines are considered as the main characters and the researchers try to shed light on the process they are undergoing in the new land and whether they afford to be a Zizekian subject or not. So, they interaction with the Big Other through Symbolic order, their reaction toward language and the effect of Real on them are elaborated one by one. The paper concludes that among all the characters, only David affords to become a Zizekian subject through standing against the Big Other and understanding the cracks into the Symbolic orders.

The present researcher intends to carry out social gerontological studies among the Muslim elderly living in rural areas of a particular district Purba Medinipur of West Bengal in India. Objective of the present study is to get an idea about socio-economic characteristics and living arrangement of the elderly rural Muslims under study. For the purpose of the present study, 10 villages were selected randomly, from each selected village 10 male and 10 female Muslims of age 60 years & above were considered respectively. The data was collected by adopting pre-tested structured schedule. The study shows that majority of the elderly are belong to the young old age group (60-69 years), are illiterate, married, marginal worker, and majority have no agricultural land property. When considering their living arrangement it is revealed that most of the respondents are live in joint family system with average family size 4 to 6 members, mostly living with their sons and spouse, proximity is more with sons and during any illness, care has been received from their respective spouse

Promoting Export-Led Economic Growth in Nigeria –The Export Processing Zone O...inventionjournals
The volatility in crude oil production in Nigeria, which in recent times, have been heightened by militant attacks on critical oil installations in the Niger Delta area and the continued price spiral in international oil market has once again brought to the front burner anxieties about the future of the oil sector in the Nigerian economy. The unfolding scenario has again exposed the Nigerian economy to downside risks of volatility in oil prices with attendant consequences and multiple effects on the economy and businesses as well.. Since the third quarter of 2015, fallen prices of crude oil and fluctuations in crude oil production in Nigeria have conspired to put the country’s economy in dire straits. The oil price has fallen by more than 50 percent since June 2014, when it was $115 a barrel. It is now consistently below $50 and has been as low as $37. These developments have put the nation’s fiscal operations in quandary. The government has rightly responded by putting in place various fiscal and monetary measures to stem the tide. The federal government has adopted some austere measures to cushion the effect of the persistent drop in revenue. However, the implementation of these short-term measures to shore up revenue could be impeded by political exigencies which often times overrides economic rationality. Thus, a more comprehensive and alternative approach that will promote non-oil export will be a better option. To this end, the authors recommend the revitalization and retooling of the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) Scheme in order to effectively diversify the economy away from oil to an export-led economy.

The case was not very different in art. As a result of many religious restrictions placed especially in terms of women rights, women were not able to make their presence felt in art until the end of Tanzimat reforms. After obtaining their rights and freedom with the Rescript of Gülhane, women started to receive art education in 1914 for the first time when İnasSanayi-iNefiseMektebi was established. Our first female artists, who started producing naturalist and realistic work, were highly affected by their social environment and the education they received. Considering the fact that centers' manager at commence and employers at the end deal with probationers; their needs analysis and adaptation of training policies with their need is one of the important aspect of evaluation and their comments regarding students' knowledge level, acquired skill and capability in assigned tasks is important. This research has evaluated the quality and quantity of technical and vocational courses in Alborz province and girl students and graduated students success in these courses as an unofficial training system. Method of this research is qualitative and quantitative (mixed) and population for this study is technical and vocational training centers' manager and employers. Instrument of study includes a questionnaire that it is provided with Servqual model by researcher. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics, coding and SPSS software were used. Findings showed that the mean of physical services, validity, accountability, reassurance and empathy in girl technical and vocational training centers are in optimal level in centers' manager thought and whereas employers' thought different

Este texto trata da importância da avaliação quantitativa de agentes químicos na prevecenção da saúde do trabalhador da indústria, busca identificar a necessidade desta avaliação e os beneficios que ela pode trazer ao trabalhador. O estudo foi realizado através de levantamento bibliográfico, onde descreve a avaliação quantitativa de agentes químicos, forma como se apresentam no ambiente de trabalho, sua classificação, tipos de amostragem, procedimentos e equipamentos utilizados na avaliação. Foram abordados quatro casos de trabalhadores expostos a agentes químicos: frentistas expostos ao benzeno, trabalhadores de uma fábrica de telhas expostos ao amianto, a responsabilidade dos profissionais que cuidam da saúdo do trabalhador em uma fábrica de baterias onde o trabalhador estava exposto a chumbo, a luta e morte de um trabalhador da extinta ―SUCAM‖ exposto ao inseticida Dicloro-difenil-tricloroetano - DDT. Reflections and Conceptions Analysis of the Neosphere’s Actors on Teaching Po...Premier Publishers
This study described specific characteristics of the Questionnaire of Trainers’ Conceptions (QTC) for neosphere’s actors used to assess the trainers’ conception thinking about new useful practice of pole vault in physical education program. The purpose of this study is to analyze its subscales and items validity and reliability in a sample of trainers from Tunisia. The questionnaire was applied to 238 actors of neospher, beside with five subscales to measure trainers’ conception (strategy, orientation, expectations, personality and security). Results concerning factor validity, highlighted the coherence between the internal structure of the questionnaire throw an exploratory factor analyses and a confirmatory factor analyses with Cronbach's alphas range between (0.73 and 0.94). Regarding criterion validity, the QTC subscales are positively correlated and determined between (r = 0.44 and r = 0.79; p < 0.01). The reliability of the questionnaire factors and items are both adequate. It is concluded that the construct is valid and reliable through our population study.

classrooms. Even though education policies in South Africa stipulate that all learners should be provided with
the opportunities to participate as far as possible in all classroom activities, the implementation of inclusive
education is still hampered by a combination of a lack of resources and the attitudes and actions of the educators
in the classroom. The main purpose of this paper is to develop a deeper understanding of educators' personal
understanding of the barriers to learning and how their understanding relates to their consequent actions to
implement inclusive education in mainstream classrooms. A qualitative research approach was used to establish
their perspectives and to frame questions regarding their perceptions and understanding. The findings, in this
paper, indicate that the way in which educators understand the diversity of learning needs is based on the
training that they received, which focused on a deficit, individualised approach to the barriers that encounter
learning and development.

A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.

ABSTRACT: The debate on the inclusion of children with disabilities in mainstream schools has increased in
recent years due changes in education policy. From this, many teachers began to rebuild their teaching
practices in order to obtain the participation of all students in activities, including those students who had some
type of disability. This paper aims to discuss some pedagogical strategies that can promote the inclusion of
children with disabilities in Physical Education classes, founded in the area literature. The results show that the
the pedagogical practice of physical education teacher should be planned, well executed and new knowledge
must be generated so that the activity objectives are achieved safely and benefit of all students.

I. INTRODUCTION
The advent of the Inclusive School, raised, within the public education, a restructured policy ensuring
the access to education and consequently an equal school for all children, including children with disabilities.
Facing the new educational policy restructuring inclusion, hangs over the school a need for structural and
conceptual change, ensuring quality education for students with and without disabilities.
Inclusive education conceives the school as a space for all, in which the students participate actively in
the teaching tasks. For the effective inclusion of students with disabilities in school is necessary significant
changes in pedagogical practices of teachers in the form of structuring classes, class, materials, and resources for
example (RODRIGUES, 2006; MANTOAN, 2005; Figueiredo, 2010 ; RAPOLI et al, 2010). Therefore, the
inclusion in Physical Education does not happen simply because the student with disabilities is on the court with
the other students without disabilities.
For Block (1994), inclusion in Physical Education happens when all students are performing the
activity together with content to be pre-planned by teachers and support as interns and materials. For Freitas and
Leucas (2011), think the inclusion of students with disabilities in physical education classes means considering a
process of teaching and learning to give equal opportunities to experience, experience to all students. In the
context of human relations, Souza and Pich (2013) understand that inclusion in Physical Education should have
the meaning of educating for difference, for coexistence and acceptance of different possible configurations of
human corporeity.
In the process of reconstruction of pedagogical practices, the search for information and reflections will
be constant action throughout the working life of the Physical Education teacher. Gorgatti et al. (2004) highlight
that sometimes the teacher confuses disability with illness, or assumes a passive attitude in class or does not
have information, and then deprive their students with disabilities the opportunity to have motor experience and
school recreational experiences, which inevitably will have consequences sometimes irreparable.
In this context, in order to contribute information in the area about the inclusion in physical education
and help teachers to include students with disabilities in their classes, this study proposes to present some
strategies found in the literature that contribute to the construction of teaching practices more inclusive.
II. TEACHING STRATEGIES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Discussions about inclusion and Physical Education has been the subject of numerous studies that
focus on inclusive teaching practices of teachers of Physical Education (CIDADE and FREITAS, 2002;
FALKENBACH, WERLE and DREXSLER, 2007; FREITAS and LEUCAS, 2009; SOUZA and PICH, 2013).
In Brazil, there are an increase in publications of books that address in their content the inclusion of students
with disabilities, presenting concepts, knowledge on disability and associated diseases, such as changes in
teaching practice, assessment and health promotion deserving highlight Mauerberg de-Castro (2011), Gorgatti
and Costa (2008) and Teixeira (2008). In addition, the National Curriculum Parameters - Physical Education
presentes guidelines for the educational services envolving people with disabilities, in order to guarantee
conditions for participation in Physical Education classes, through adaptations to be carried out by the teacher.
The text also emphasizes the value of the dignity of attitudes of dignity, self-respect, respect for differences and
respect the limitations of the disabled person. (BRAZIL, SEF, 1998; PCN / SEF, 2000). In the international

literature Steadward, Wheeler, Watkinson (2003), Lieberman and Wilson (2009), and Dugas Point (2014) bring
significant contributions as well.
In this literature there are some steps that physical education teachers must hold in order to include
students with disabilities in physical activity, especially in school physical activities. this study show some:
2.1. Knowing Your Students
In inclusive education it is emphasized that all activity should take into account the student's disability,
but not in order to deprive him of involvement with other students or of certain activities, but the prospect of
being working with their potential.
Vygotsky (1996), one of the precursors of social-interactive theory much studied by teachers, criticizes
the teaching based only "on what the child can do" and proposes a change in teaching practices, emphasizing an
education for the child's potential, offering thus a positive look on disability. He proposes that we look not
physical, sensory impairments and/or motor of children as a problem to be solved, but as factors that contribute
positively in their development and learning.
In Physical Education classes is important to perform activities that promote maximization of
individual student potential (PEDRINELLI AND VERENGUER, 2008). As for the individual potential of
students "it is important to focus on the development of skills by selecting appropriate activities, providing a
learning environment and encouraging self-overcoming" (PEDRINELLI and VERENGUER, 2008, p. 12).
Complementing this perspective, Mauerberg de-Castro (2011) behind important considerations by
stating that activities should not categorize humans as those with or without disabilities, but must analyze the
individual differences associated with problems in the psychomotor domain, and prevent them define negatively
the identity of the student, athlete, person.
Thus, it is believed that teachers must know their students, but in terms of identifying the potential of
them to complete the proposed activity. The knowledge of the student's physiology is important to ensure the
integrity of the health of the student, but according Steadward, Wheeler and Watkinson (2003) the first stage of
an activity in which planning involves the disabled student starts on listening. Through active listening the
teacher can discover the expectations, desires, fears, strengths and limitations of students. Dugas and Point
(2014) state that another way to know the student is through observation of their motor skills during practice in
order to identify the principles of the functional motion capabilities.
Know your student goes beyond what is prescribed in the medical report. Physical education in the
perspective of inclusion proposes breaking the medical model of disability, in which students are dismissed
from school because of their condition. It proposes closer the teacher with students with disabilities, in which
there are dialogues and emotional exchanges.
2.2. Making changes
In school everyday life, when necessary, the physical education teachers must adapt the instructions,
organization and implementation of activities at the level of the students.
On the possibility of participation in physical activities, Cidade (2013) emphasizes that, in the school,
students with mild and moderate disabilities can participate in activities within the Physical Education program,
with some adjustments and care for example. Dugas and Point (2014) point out that when you have children
with disabilities in the class is not required an entirely different approach; simple modifications of the
regulations, materials, environmental or difficulty of tasks can enable a disabled child to participate actively and
fully in classroom activities.
Regarding the strategies that involve modification of activities, Kasser and Lieberman (2003)
emphasize the importance of variation of unique games, and the care that does not change completely the
integrity of the activity. It is also important that the activity is motivating, because when children are included in
an activity in which they experience little or no success, can result in frustration and lack of motivation for
future involvement.
Among the adaptations / modifications in the classes of Physical Education most commonly used are
the adaptations / modifications based on motor skills, adaptations / modifications in the instructions, adaptations
/ modifications in the games and adaptations / modifications in materials.
Regarding the adaptations / modifications based on motor skills, motor skills of the student are directly
related to the engine performance for the realization of physical activity proposed. Once you know and identify
the potential of the student, the teacher must carry out the activities in which the student can better develop.
On this subject, Dugas and Point (2014) state changes in activity can be done through different
approaches, for example, conducting an educational progression, with progress of activities in a predictable
environment for an unpredictable environment, or grouping tasks and individual objectives. Still considering the
motor activities, the authors indicate start activity performing less complex motor tasks, for the most complex
and diverse class grouping possibilities.

In the case of a disabled child who has less ability to perform activities suggested by the teacher, this
may be accompanied by another child with greater skill. Therefore, an activity that could be performed
individually can be performed in pairs, in threes or in small groups for example. There are numerous ways to
group students. This strategy which brings together students with and without disabilities is known as peers in
mentoring (TEMPLE and LYNNES, 2008; DUGAS and POINT, 2014) is characterized when a child tells
another child.
About the adaptations / modifications in the instructions, Dugas Point (2014) emphasize that the
physical education teachers should not use long explanations for carrying out the activities. It is appropriate
using a simple and objective language. They add the use of photos and videos and other display media also
encourages the understanding of the activity. You can use tactile guidelines also reinforced by verbal directions.
Another strategy for working inclusion in physical education is through adaptations / modifications in
the rules of the games. Kasser and Lieberman (2003) emphasize that these changes in the rules must be
motivating for all students, not only those who have disabilities.
Moreover, it is interesting, as well, that the teacher encourages children to modify, by themselves, the
rules of the game. Thus, all children are involved in the inclusion process. The implementation of inclusive
sports activities effectively requires also an environment of interaction both for the teachers and their students
without disabilities
It is possible that physical education teacher materials suits and even the environment for participation
of all children. Kasser and Lieberman (2003) cite some adjustments / modifications possible such as "size
change, resilience and texture of the balls, using balls with bells or modifying the size and weight of objects that
can thus increase the ability of some students" (p.21). Then, if a child with little strength and motor
coordination, for example, cannot circumvent a basketball, this ball can be replaced with a lighter weight. Thus,
it will perform the same activities that other children successfully.
III. CONCLUSION
Include all students requires changes in attitudes and, more importantly, teaching approaches that
facilitate adequate and optimal planning. It is known that the organization of inclusive teaching practices is not
easy, but it is up to the physical education teacher realize that it is an ongoing process of exchanges, dedication
and respect.
Teaching based on a context where children with and without disabilities learn together is configured
as a challenge, from the moment that the presence of students with disabilities in school is no longer an option
but a reality. Thus, teachers are called upon to rethink their teaching concepts of inclusion, such as their
educational actions based on the appreciation of the differences of each human being, who has the right to a full
education that respects its limits and possibilities. physical activity in the perspective of school inclusion is
something that benefits not only the child with disabilities, but all the students involved.
Considering the current scenario of public policies in inclusive education, it is necessary to academia
contribute with more studies to present and discuss the reality of physical education school from the perspective
of inclusion. Based on the results of the research mentioned in this article, it becomes evident the growing
interest of academic papers investigating the Physical Education from the perspective of inclusion, especially
Physical Education at school.
About the strategies mentioned, they give important contribution for a closer look at the decisions that
are being taken in carrying out the physical education classes as pedagogy and practices of teachers who favor
inclusion. Apart from those mentioned in the body of this text, there are other types of educational interventions,
including facilitated communication and educational tools such as colored lenses, material in Braille for students
with visual impairment, pounds for those with hearing impairment, holders for pen for those who have
difficulties in motor coordination, among others. All these strategies favor the understanding of students with
disabilities to perform the activity.
It is important to consider that the role of the teacher of physical education in educational practice as a
transforming agent and articulator also constitutes a social practice. Thus, it is clear the importance of physical
education teachers develop inclusive teaching practices in order to overcome school relationship to achieve the
society itself. Effective inclusive practice within the school, especially in the discipline of physical education,
only have to contribute to the learning and development of children.
