The document discusses how developing websites using only HTML5 and CSS3 improves accessibility, usability, and speeds up development time compared to older methods. This decreases costs for clients by reducing the time spent on small changes and ensuring projects are future-proofed. Browser and device statistics demonstrate a decline in Internet Explorer usage and growing diversity that supports using modern standards for all users.

Getting Started with Website Development
Even though the term "web development" typically refers to web markup and coding, website development encompasses all related development tasks, such as client-side scripting, server-side scripting, server and network security configuration, ecommerce development, and content management system (CMS) development.
In this video, we'll go over the principles of web programming, how to create a website and further resources for people who want to learn more or pursue a career in development.
Continue reading or use the chapter links to traverse the manual to learn more about constructing websites.
What makes web development crucial?
The Internet will always be around. In reality, it has developed into a global portal and the primary tool for obtaining information, communicating, learning, and having fun. As of 2021, 4.66 billion individuals on the planet were online, or more than half.
The industry of web development is growing quickly, which is not surprising considering the explosive growth of Internet users. Compared to most other technology professions, web development jobs are expected to grow by 13% between now and 2030.

In the part that follows, we'll go over the principles of web development and provide solutions.
According to a report, mobile eCommerce sales are expected to generate $710 billion in revenue by 2025. As a developer, you need to create progressive web apps (PWAs) that can help your clients generate higher sales.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
Speakers:
Bob Boule
Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. He comes with around 20 years of solution engineering experience in application security, software continuous delivery, and SaaS platforms. He is known for his dynamic presentations in CI/CD and application security integrated in software delivery lifecycle.
Gopinath Rebala
Gopinath Rebala is the CTO of OpsMx, where he has overall responsibility for the machine learning and data processing architectures for Secure Software Delivery. Gopi also has a strong connection with our customers, leading design and architecture for strategic implementations. Gopi is a frequent speaker and well-known leader in continuous delivery and integrating security into software delivery.
Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software FuzzingAftab Hussain
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.

3. How it used to work
We used to make a site visually display the same as a f lat design across all
browsers (or as close to as possible). This doesn’t guarantee that the site will
work on all devices/phones.
This method is out dated and doesn’t future proof your project and also makes
your project less accessible. Also developing this way is very time consuming
due to visual differences between then f lat design & the developed project
being pointing out as visual errors.

users, or that it functions well on browsers. We must not mistake Validation is a tool

for themselves.
Computer Browser Statistics for December 2010:

Mobile Statistics for June 2010:
Opera iPhone Nokia iPod Touch Blackberry Android
26.35% 18.05% 15.84% 8.69% 14.41% 6.69%
IE stats have dropped from 36.2 % in January 2010 to 27.5%
in December 2010. Also the stats for IE6 as of December 2010
are 4.4 %
This shows that there is a steady decline of IE users and a
growing market of other browsers/devices.
