1) Air pollution monitoring was conducted in 2017 at 4 stations in Tbilisi, Georgia. High concentrations of some pollutants were identified at times. 2) Average annual concentrations of nitrogen dioxide and ozone exceeded standards at some stations. Particulate matter concentrations were within standards except for PM10 at one station. 3) Additional passive air sampling at 21 locations in the city found nitrogen dioxide and ozone indexes occasionally exceeded limits while other pollutants remained low.
