Santander Bank volunteers coached students from the Overtown Youth Center in Miami in a business case competition hosted by SuitUp. Students were split into teams and created new product or service ideas for Nike, which they then pitched to judges. Team 1 proposed "Nike Charms". 100% of students felt more confident and prepared for their careers after working with the volunteers. Both volunteers and students wanted to participate in another SuitUp competition in the future. The event exposed students to various career fields and influenced many of their future career choices.
