The document reports on activities from a European Union funded project in June 2023. It describes healthy recipes contributed from different partners that were included in a cookbook. It also outlines an outdoor nature activity where students and teachers from IESO HARÉVOLAR conducted field research, recording observations in notebooks. Photos and information from partners about this activity were compiled into an interactive digital album that can be accessed online.
