This document provides safety and progress statistics for the LEWPP-II PROJECT IJ PLATFORM barge PAPAA 305 from 08-Nov-2019 to 17-Feb-2020. It includes a brief scope of the structural, mechanical, piping, architectural, instrumentation, and electrical works. The scope involved replacing and installing gratings, handrails, staircases, conductor guides, piping systems, solar power systems, lighting and more. The barge was scheduled for 110 days but completed the work in 102 days, with an average daily progress of 0.98%. Some "before and after" photos show improvements like barrier walls, ventilation, and fall protection.

Bunk House: Provided A-60 fire rated enclosure, Window installation, False Ceiling,
Vinyl flooring, Providing Furnitures & Bunk bed.
Barrier Wall: Provided Pyrocrete 241 Passive Fire Wall Protection at Wellhead Area.
Safety/ Heat Insulation of Pipe Lines & Vessels.

10. BRIEF SCOPE - INSTRUMENTATION
Upgradation and modification in existing RTU to cater to the requirement of control loop
execution in RTU including remote process platform DCS/SCADA set-points.
Installation of F&G detectors, Fusible Plug loops, ESD stations, FSD stations etc.
Installation of Telemetry interface cabinet (TIC) at Telemetry room for interfacing all
signals between the instruments and RTU.
Relocation/re-installation of the existing RTU cabinet in the TIC room.
Installation of fieldbus marshalling cabinets in TIC room for interfacing all signals
between Foundation Field bus instruments and RTU.
Installation of FRP cable tray/ tube trays along with all accessories for complete cabling
from Field Instruments / F&G detectors / Analyzers/ Package instruments to field
junction boxes/local panels.
Installation, laying & Hook up of Tubing, valves between Shutdown Panels and SSSVs,
SSVs up to Christmas Tree.

Installation of New Solar electric power system(System I) for New Gas detection
System. consisting of photovoltaic solar panels, mounting/supporting structure for
solar panels, solar controller panel, VRLA batteries with battery stack, JBs, Fire Survival
(FS) cables, distribution board etc.
Installation of New Solar electric power system (System II) for Need based lighting
system. consisting of photovoltaic solar panels, mounting/supporting structure for
solar panels, solar controller panel, VRLA batteries with battery stack, JBs, Fire Survival
(FS) cables, distribution board etc.
Re-installation of existing Solar electric power system (System III) for Telemetry system,
consisting of photovoltaic solar panels, mounting/supporting structure for solar
panels, solar controller panel, VRLA batteries with battery stack, JBs, Fire Survival (FS)
cables, distribution board etc.
Installation of DC distribution boards for Gas detection system, Need based lighting
system & System III.

14. OFFSHORE DAYS
The planned Schedule of Barge Papaa 305 at IJ Platform was 110 Days.
In actual Papaa 305 barge was at IJ Platform for 102 Days.
Gangway was connected To IJ Platform on 08-Nov-2020 at 10.00 hrs.
Installation works started on 09-Nov-2020.
All works at IJ Platform completed on 17-Feb-2021.
Average daily progress of Papaa 305 at IJ Platform- 0.98%.
Barge Papaa 305 achieved a cumulative progress of 97.10% on 96th day. If the Vendor
Mobilization was finished on the scheduled date itself, then we would have been able to complete
the project within 100 days.
Additionally Papaa 305 also completed Commissioning – 100% & Painting – 41.55% in this short
period of time. Painting job was supposed to be carried out by Work Boat after Papaa 305
demob.
