• Holiday Inn Pattaya RevPar performed above market and compset in
2019. This was driven both through Occupancy and ADR.
• Occupancy Index standing at 111.3 declining slightly by 0.5% YOY.
• ADR finished the year at 107.9 improving by 1.5% YOY
• The hotel achieved a strong ADR performance by driving IHG Channel
contribution, reducing dependency on Static rates and reducing and
yielding on weekends
