I sincerely thank you for taking time out of your busy working for this letter. IFW Techno
Creations Pvt. Ltd. is an 7 year old organization with likeminded people. We provide IT Solutions and
consultancy to our more than 1000 clients all over India and across the globe. Like every company finds
its core working market segment and identifies its own skill and likability for a particular area of market,
we are proud to say that we feel the same for the booming, growing, amazingly challenging and exciting
Educational Vertical. I would just like to give you a glimpse of our work in the following words.
Birth of the Idea
Initially as per client requirements IFW was making customized software applications. It was a
blessing in disguise for us that IFW was able to get a very good response from the education vertical
comprising of School, Colleges, Coaching Institutions and Universities. The Team of IFW came up with
various small applications like fees management, Student enquiry, library management, online exam
management etc. It was easily visible to IFW management that there is a growing requirement of 100%
centralized computerization in educational institutes. It is said “ Necessity is the Mother of Invention.”
This proved correct for IFW and we came up with the idea of making a ERP to satisfy this growing
demand.
The ERP Team
A experienced & vibrant work culture greets each employee at IFW. Every individual in the
organization is a vital cog that keeps the wheel turning. IFW has an experienced and expert team which
work in different areas. IFW has a well distributed team structure that takes care of the complete ERP
process. The team is divided into different segments like sales team, development team,
implementation and training team, support team and research team. The members of each team are
experts in their own domain. With each new clients these teams come up with better ideas and
innovative solutions. All the teams work together in coordination to complete the ERP implementation
cycle for the clients.

Future Plans
In its current state IFW’s educational software products are in tuned with all the latest
technologies and expectations of its clients. But then also the team of IFW has already prepared a long
term roadmap for the further development of these products. IFW is coming with integrating new
features like document management system, Budgeting and new modules like learning management
system which will expand the scope of IFW’s ERP from and administrative solutions to also a academic
solution. IFW is looking for tie ups with international online libraries and various companies providing
high quality digital content covering the complete latest syllabus of Schools and Colleges in India.
For the easy reach of IFW’s products in all states of India we are in the process of developing a robust
dealership and supply chain network. IFW calls this as “IFW Partner Program”. It’s very important for
the success of a good product to be available within easy reach of its prospective users. IFW also wants
to empower its business partners for implementations in their neighboring territories so that the End
Client feels secure and comfortable by having local implementation teams.
The main challenge and excitement for the team working on IFW ERP is to make sure that a single
solution should be able to satisfy the various diversified requirement of different boards, different
universities, different regions and different patterns etc. IFW maintains different ERP solutions for
Schools and Colleges. It is expected that more than 800 new universities will be opened throughout
India in the next 5 to 8 years. Based on this analysis the team of IFW is soon coming up with the
separate version designed for modern universities.
