• Establish of frameworks, processes and plans of dissemination / dissemination plan
(set of target audiences / stakeholders, existing networks and priority activities, graphics,
templates, styles and guidelines which can be used by partners when presenting their work in
electronic and print material dissemination activities such as logo, leaflets, press releases, web
site, participation in project forums).
• Web portal - project, implementation and maintenance / dissemination results report
(dissemination material such as information about the concept, vision, objectives and expected
outcomes of the project).
• Preparation of dissemination activities / disseminations results report (e.g. press
releases, leaflets, newsletters, publication in scientific journal, dissemination events – workshops,
conferences attendance).

• Supervision and coordination of dissemination activities including internal
communication / dissemination results report (monitoring and dissemination of development of
the entire life cycle of the project).
• External communication / dissemination results report (communication with water
stakeholders communities and governing elites via available channels).
• Dissemination of the project results / dissemination results report (e.g. about increase of
user awareness and modification of behaviours concerning the use of water, reduction of water
consumption, improved resource efficiency and business operations of water utilities due to ICT).
• Final events / dissemination results report (1) a dual final conference, free and open to the
public, held in the two locations of the pilot/validation sites - Skiathos, Greece and Sosnowiec,

Project Exploitation plans / results
ISS-EWATUS follows a stepwise approach to ensuring maximal exploitation
of project results:
• Investigation of all relevant market segments including legal, regulatory, policy, and
financial issues, taking account of marketing studies and socio-economic research and
carrying out complementary primary research where required.
• Analysis of complementary and competitor services in the market and wider community;
identification of emerging best practices of the sector internationally.
• Setting up of deployment scenarios, market and business models for individual
exploitation and for joint exploitation.

• Organisation, planning and execution of wide impact dissemination activities to create full
awareness of ISS-EWATUS activities and approach in the academic community, the ICT and
general RTD community, among public authorities, user associations, provider
organisations, and all other peers; establishing contact with key third parties for exploitation.
• Regular review, revision and refinement of partner-specific exploitation plans and
joint/collaborative deployment plans in the light of interim project results.

Looking for common
dissemination event
Communication with other EU-funded projects:
• The activity will be taken to recognize subjects and areas of similar activities to exchange
experiences and compare the obtained results.
• Links to the other projects will be published on ISS-EWATUS website.
• Information about future conferences and events on ICT-related water management will be
exchanged to extend the dissemination’s possibilities of all projects.
• Common EU-funded projects' attendance at ICT days will be set up.
• A multi-step and multi-channel dissemination strategy will be followed in order to reach
different target groups, with information adjusted carefully to audience level of need /
involvement.

Partnership on water
EIP water
Discussion for proposal for the active participation of ISS-EWATUS in
the EIP water is included in agenda and will be the subject of kick-off
meeting (27-28.02.2014).
ISS-EWATUS will report Action Group proposal and the involvement in
the EIP water during the next call.
