This document demonstrates an mobile banking app called iBANKING that allows users to: 1) Use their phone's GPS to locate the nearest bank branch. 2) View information about the selected branch like address, hours, and estimated arrival time. 3) Request an "eTICKET" which generates a ticket number and estimated wait time or "BOOK" an appointment at the branch. 4) The app connects the user to the branch's booking platform to schedule an appointment.
