2.1. General Description of the Business

there is a time for new generation watches and Apple has capitalized on this popular
trend to create a watch unlike any other. The real revolution means that you can use
this watch to make a phone call, send message or use the Internet.


iWatch offer specialized features at the fingertips of the wearer. Unusual square look
sized 8x6x1.2 contains SIM card inside what makes possible to make a calls. Special
design touch screen make it easy for you to choose a number you would like to ring
while a wireless connection causes that you can make a phone call regardless where
you actually are. Thanks to its size and shape iWatch can be worn on any hands.
Helpful is also headset for those who like bit more privacy during their conversation.


2.2. Industrial Background
When Apple first started in 1976 two people had a simple concept an intention. They
wanted to make something that would be easily usable for the everyday regular
person. Their strategy was to simplify the process of using a computer and make it
part of the mainstream culture, not just for the likes of computer hobbyist. Founders
Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs both set out to revolutionize how computers would
be incorporated into our everyday lives. While Steve Wozniak was the muscle behind
the company, Steve Jobs was the brain behind the business operations. For Apple,
this has now become their niche in the technology industry. Apple’s ability to take
difficult and confusing technological products and create something that is attractive
and simple to use for the mainstream public. The Apple Company has since then
been able to use this recognition and reputation to launch itself into one of the most
valued brand names known to date. Even with a strong reputation early on, the
company has endured a long and at times difficult journey to get to where they are
now. Today the Apple Inc is pioneer the computer industry. Apple products are far
more superior that its rival products. The main reason for the success of Apple
products is that Apple has always given something different and innovative to the
people. Apple has identified the people’s choice and delivered the best to the
people.

The company is headquartered in Cupertino, California. As on May 2009 Apple has
opened 255 stores in 9 countries and its subsidiaries participate in the design,
manufacture, and marketing of personal computers and related software, services,
peripherals, and networking solutions worldwide. Apple also provides a line of
portable digital music players, as well as related accessories and services, including
online sale of third-party audio and video products. The company's products and
services make up the Macintosh line of desktop and laptop computers, the OS X
operating system, the iPod line of portable digital music and video players, the
iTunes Store, a collection of peripherals that support and enhance the Macintosh
and iPod product lines, a suite of consumer and professional software applications,
and the Xserve and Xserve RAID server and storage products. Additionally, Apple,
Inc. offers various third-party Macintosh and iPod compatible products, such as
application software, printers, storage devices, speakers, headphones, and other
accessories and supplies. The newest addition to the Apple product line is the
iPhone. The company provides an online service to distribute third-party music,
audio books, music videos, short films, television shows, movies, and iPod games.
Further, Apple offers products and services for the educational industry, which
include iMac and the Mac Book, video creation and editing solutions, wireless
networking, professional development solutions, and one-to-one learning solutions.
Apple, Inc. markets its products to the educators, students, consumers, creative
professionals, businesses, and government customers through its online and retail
stores, as well as through its direct sales force, third-party wholesalers, resellers, and
value-added resellers.

2.4. Uniqueness of the Product
Eight separate functions are available on the sleek touch screen including an
altimeter, chronograph, compass, alarm, thermometer, barometer, date and time.
On the right side of the watch there is a little button to be used when you would like
to make a phone call. After pressing that button on the screen appears many icons
like, phone, safari, messages. The only matter is what would you like to do now;
send a message? Make a call? Or maybe use the internet?


The standard iWatch come in a variety of colors and combinations. It is also worth to
mention that this watch was crafted to bring together the competitive nature of
sports, the adventuresome elements of the great outdoors and 21st century
technology in one package.


It is an extra-large piece with a display fit for the biggest of adventures. The is a bold
companion for mountain climbers, skiers and anything else that takes place under
extreme conditions in the outdoors. It has an extra edge in that it is water resistant
up to 100 meters. Only the highest quality materials are used in the manufacture of
these fine watches. The stainless steel used in iWatches is highly resistant to
corrosion and extremely durable.
