This document discusses different machines that can be used to process turbine vanes and blades. Large centrifugal machines like the HZ-330 can process long components over 1000mm, while smaller, transportable machines like the HZ-12 are suitable for smaller blades. Larger CBF 160 and 220 machines can process vanes separately in compartments, achieving smooth finishes through high force processing and further surface improvement with burnishing. This type of vane and blade processing has become standard in the aircraft engine and overhaul industries, and is used by major companies like General Electric, Rolls Royce, and others.
