book then enter student id and submit to issue book.

49. How to allocate students in hostel ?
• HYOSMS automatically allocate students to the
corresponding hostels, based on the details which is
provided in the admission. If you want to do changes in
that, you can modify it under Hostel >> Allocate
students.

50. How to setup transport ?
• Transport setup and management is
exactly similar to hostel management.

51. How to add new fee ?
Fee >> Add fee
Enter the required details in the add fee form to add new fee. When you added
New fee the corresponding details will send to the particular parents

52. How to pay fee ?
• HYOSMS provides two options to pay fee. One is done by
cashier/accountant another one is done by parents.
• Online fee payment - Parents can pay fee through online.

56. Who can send complaints ?
• Anyone can send complaints to their
higher authorities like student can send to
teachers or principal or admin.

57. How to send complaint?

Under complaint module you can send your complaints. Fill up the details of the
Person whom you want to share/ send your problem/ feedback. That person receives
Your complaint and take action for that. You don’t want show your identity.

can do it by edit and view icon.

Customize fields & modules under manage modules. Click edit icon to add new fields
Or submenu under particular module. Click delete icon to delete particular module.
Be careful to delete, if you delete you can’t undo.
