In recent conditions, the system used for washing cars is based on high speed water jet. The cleaning
consists of removing dust, mud and dirt particles. This system uses a huge amount of water during cleaning.
Prewashing is done using foam which makes the water not reusable. Hence a drainage system is required for
removing this wastewater. Hence to overcome this problem car washing using steam is preferred. The Car
Washing system using steam uses the force of steam that can clean things up. It has been discovered that steam
washing is very convenient and no soapy forms are required that can make the washing much clumsy. The reason
behind the use of steam for washing is the reduced waste of water. The development of the steam cleaning system
can revolutionize the washing process. Steam does what the commercial washing system cannot do. Steam can
easily clean dust and dirt, while for normal cleaning require expensive detergents. So, our main goal is to use
steam and do cleaning without affecting or damaging car paint.
Project Asbah aims to provides clean drinking water to underprivileged communities which are plagued by the lack of accessibility or affordability for potable drinking water. We provide water at Rs. 4 - Rs. 6 for 20 litres by setting up community water filtration plants in urban slums and rural households.

CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.

141 laundry trubs. They wanted to replace some of their older laundry equipment
with a more sustainable option whilst maintaining an excellent wash quality.
Hearing that the Hydrofinity machine had just launched in the UAE, they contacted
local Partner CIC Middle East to discuss how the machines would benefit them.
Since installing 2 Hydrofinity machines in January
2018, we have been impressed with 3 things.

After a free site survey. a detailed savings proposal was approved by Owner Mr
Munshi, two 36kg washing machines were installed.

Hydrofinity machines can wash at ambient temperature so do not need a steam
boiler to heat the water, unlike the other machines in the laundry. After just a
