Never in history has water been such an issue, nor has it been in such demand, in order to provide the necessity of
life WATER we not only as a business but as human beings living on this planet are obligated to try and find
solutions to this enormous problem. Dewpoint Manufacturing is one such company.
Although Dewpoint Manufacturing is in the forefront of the water harvesting industry the company is constantly
looking at improving their products. The technology designed and patented by Dewpoint in their machines such
as mechanical drive systems, load sensors, low draw high output compressors and consumer friendly filter systems
have never been utilised in any system in the fashion that Dewpoint has creatively designed.
Dewpoint Manufacturing is the only manufacturer of Atmospheric Water Generators in North America, our team of
designers and engineers are constantly seeking input from both the residential consumer and company s and busi-
nesses, government and non-governmental agencies interested in a variety of applications for our harvesters.
Our team is currently in the design process for a commercial Water Harvester capable of producing 1500 gallons of
water per hour, the generator has over 1000 cubic feet of condensing coils, 6-80 ton compressors 24 high output
fans , 10,000 gallon collection tank, and a state of the art purification system all mounted on a 54 foot platform fully
transportable. This as with all Dewpoint commercial harvesters can be powered through the conventional
power grid or through our mechanical system which requires zero electricity.
Also in the design process are small units which can be solar powered producing enough water to sustain life in
emergency or disaster situations. Our harvesters are scalable up to 3000 gallons per day making our product
base very flexible and our company able to meet our customers needs.
3. TECHNOLOGY: Atmospheric Water Harvester
The technology removes available water vapour from the humidity in the air and creates great tasting drinking
water. Water Harvesting Machines continuously simulate the Dew Point allowing water to be collected even in
relatively low-humidity conditions. Air is drawn through a specially designed filter that removes dust and purifies
the air. The condensed water is then collected and passed through a water treatment module with an ultraviolet
light to kill any bacteria. In the final stage, the water then passes through a one micron sediment filter and once
again through an ultraviolet light followed by a high quality carbon filter, which enhances the water s taste.

The Water Tower s proven technology utilizes a filtration system that assures healthy, clean drinking water. First
filtering the air it draws into the system, then by passing the collected water passes through a series of Sediment,
Pre-Carbon and Post-Carbon filters, an Ultra Fine Membrane -0.01 micron to remove water borne micro-organisms
and harmful organic chemicals and finally through an Ultra Violet Light Sterilizer to eradicate bacteria and viruses.
The water is stored in tanks where it is chilled or heated for drinking. The Water Tower circulates the water every hour
through the system to maintain cleanliness and taste.

Step 1 : Air-Filter
The first filter that air passes through before being
condensed and converted to water. Our air-filter effectively
prevents micro particles and dust from entering the machine.
Step 2 : Pre-Carbon Filter
Removes extant odor and improves taste.
Step 3 : U.F Filter
Ultra Filtration Cartridge is simply a bundle of permanently
hydrophilic (water loving) capillary membrane filters. These
filters have a highly porous, asymmetric structure in which the
feed water follows a path from the large pores on the outside
wall to the small pores on the inside wall. Ultra Filter s patented
low pressure membrane technology is unique for its high flow
rates at minimal pressure requirements and its very tight pore
size control (0.01 micron). This results in unparalleled removal
of organic contaminants, bacteria, and cysts.
Step 4 : Sediment Filter
Removes any remnants of foreign particles in the water.
Step 5 : Post-Carbon Filter
and THM s sediment.
Focuses on removing lead, copper, chloroform, chemical
residuals, herbicides, pesticides, and other volatile organic
compounds.
Step 6 : Ultra Violet Filter
The water collected from the air passes through a
germicidal ultra violet system. Harmful substances in the water
are killed by treating the water through this double-pass ultra
violet which allows the water to a pass through and be treated
using strong ultraviolet rays.
