This paper proposes hybrid schemes for mobile location estimation in cellular communication systems by integrating time of arrival (TOA) and angle of arrival (AOA) measurements to improve accuracy in non-line-of-sight (NLOS) scenarios. The proposed algorithms utilize measurements from seven base stations (BSS) to provide better location accuracy compared to traditional methods. Simulation results indicate that these hybrid schemes significantly outperform existing algorithms like the Taylor series and hybrid lines of position algorithms.
