This job posting is seeking a HSE, QA & Risk Manager for an offshore project with the following qualifications: a bachelor's or master's degree in QHSE or a technical field plus QHSE education, minimum 5 years of QHSE/risk management experience including 5 years in the offshore industry, advanced computer skills, experience working with Statoil requirements or EPCI/V&M contracts, preferably an offshore certificate and management/lead auditor experience. Responsibilities include planning, reporting, executing and auditing all HSE, QA and risk activities and analyses for the project.
