Job-related skills - „ElixirZorka-Mineralna đubriva“ is a plant for production of the different mineral fertilizers,which

equipement were delivered by french company CFIh, installationof equipment, pipelines, pipe bridges,
transport of energy, the construction ofadditional facilities etc. have been done by domestic
companies.
Duringinvestment, I was a member of the project team, which has been led by directorof project and
general manager. As the only person with a valid certificate ofmechanical engineering, I was the
supervisory authority for all mechanicalworks.
AsI said, basic engineering was delivered by French company CFIh, but procurement of equipment
and materialshave been performing by our procurement office and technical department withthe
approval of CFIh, which included frequent trips to determine the quality ofequipment and materials.
Becausethe investment was financed by the credit and the budget was limited, we musttake care
about costs and risks, apropos all parameters that could affect thecost reduction. It required strict
compliance monitor and manage the projectplan, project schedule, project budget and project risks, in
order to implementthe project within the deadline, to perform quality work and to avoid breakingthe
budget limit.
Becausethere was a lot of contractors, there was and many different problems, from delaysof
equipment and materials to the breakdown of the term of the plan and theyhad to be urgently

Theinvestment is required daily communication with CFIh (receiving, keeping,maintaining and sending
of technical documentation etc.), with contractors (dothey respect the term plan, pointing out the
failures during execution etc.)and steering committee (inform them about investment, strategic
issues,breaking the budget limit etc.). Due to scope of investment meetings withconstructors,
designers, members of project team etc. were often held.
Iown licenses authorized designer and contractor of thermal technique, thermal energetic,process and
gas technique, which require a minimum of 5 years of professionalexperience with HVAC, gas, oil, etc.
I havebeen working designand construction of gas installations more than 10 years, so it's one of
mymost important task during the investment was supplying gas plant, whichincluded making gas
distribution network, measuring and regulating stations andgas distribution to all consumers (infra red
heaters (IC), gas burner„OILON“-2,5 MW, gas burner „SAACKE“-11,5 MW).
Becausethe works related to gas as well as all other mechanical works successfullycompleted, the
plant was put into operation, I believe that I improve very muchmy professional experience.
Iam still in the field of the distribution and consumption of gas, as the Managerof the boiler station for
steam production (3,5 t/h). This position includesconsideration of the validity of complete gas
installation (pipelines, valves,flow meters, pressure regulators, etc.), monitoring parameters related to
gas(temperature, pressure, etc.), frequent communication with the distributor ofgas
"SRBIJAGAS",reducing gas consumption while at the same time not jeopardizing the productionof
steam, frequent communication with services of equipment for gas, everydaysending reports related
to the consumption of gas, steam production, etc. toDirector of Production and the Managing Board.
Ithink that I successfully perform this tasks and on that way I significantlyimprove my professional
experience related to the distribution and consumptionof gas, that you will use.

РАДНО ИСКУСТВО
"Еликир Зорка-минерална ђубрива" је фабрика за производњу минералних ђубрива, различитих
формулација, капацитета 1000 т/дан. То је било инвестиција вредна око 40 милиона евра.
Инжењеринг и основну опрему је испоручила француска компанија CFIh а монтажу опреме, израду
цевовода, цевних мостова, допрему енергената, израду пратећих објеката итд. су обавиле домаће
компаније.
Током инвестиције, био сам члан пројектног тима, на чијем челу су били директор пројекта и
генерални директор. Као једина лице са важећим сертификатом из машинске струке, био сам
надзорни орган за све машинских радове.
Као што сам рекао, базни инженјеринг је испоручила француска компанија CFIh a набавкu опреме и
материјала je radila naša služba набавке и tehnička služba уз njihovu saglasnost, što je podrazumevalo
честa путовања, kako bi se u kvalitet opreme i materijala uverili na licu mesta.
Pošto je инвестиција bila финансиранa из кредита и буџет је bio ограничен, мораlо se водити рачуна о
трошковима и ризицима, односно o свим параметрима који би могли uticati на смањење трошкова.
Оваква инвестиција је захтевала стриктно поштованје пројект плана, пројектног распореда,
управлјанје буджетом и ризицима пројекта, како би пројекат био реализован у задатом року, да би се
радови обавили квалитетно и да не би дошло до пробијанја буджета.
Пошто је на самом објекту било доста извођача радова, често су се јавлјали различити проблеми, од
кашњења опреме и материјала до пробијанја термин плана и морали су се хитно решавати.
Инвестиција је подразумевала свакодневну комуникацију са CFIh (приjem, чување, одржавање и слање
техничке документације итд.), са извођачима радова (da li поштују termin план, указivanje на
пропусте током извођенја радова итд.) и управним одбором (како бисмо их известили о току
инвестиције , стратешким проблемима, местима пробијанја буджета итд.). Због обима
инвестиције, често су одржавани састанци са члановима пројектног тима, извођачима радова,
пројектантима, итд.
Као што сам нагласио поседујем лиценце одговорног пројектанта и одговорног извођача радова за
термотехнику, термоенергетику, процесну и гасну технику, које се у Србији добијају након минимум
5 година рада у тој области-струци (климатизација, грејанје, хлађенје, гас, мазут, итд.). Иначе
пословима везаним за пројектовање и извођенје гасних инсталација бавим се више од 10 година,
стога је између осталих, један од мојих најважнијих задатака током инвестиције био снабдеванје
фабрике гасом, што је подразумевало израду дистрибутивне гасоводне мреже, мерно регулационе
станице (МРС) и развод гаса до свих потрошаче (IC грејача, "OILON" горионика-2,5 МW и "SAACKE"
горионика-11,5 МW).
Пошто су ови радови на везани за гас, као и све остали машински радови успешно завршени, фабрика
је пуштена у производнју, сматрам да сам са тим у знатној мери унапредио своје професионално
искуство.
Након пуштанја фабрике у рад, остајем у области везаној за дистрибуцију и потрошњу гаса, као
Менаџер котларнице за производњу водене паре (3,5 t/h). Ова funkcija подразумева вођенје рачуна о
исправности комплетне гасне инсталације (цевовода, арматуре, мерача протока, регулатора
притиска, итд.), праћенје параметара везаних за гас (температура, притисак, итд.), честу
комуникацију са дистрибутером гаса „SRBIJAGAS“, smanjenje potrošnje gasa a da se pri tome ne ugrozi
proizvodnja pare, čestu komunikaciju sa serviserima razne opreme za gas, svakodnevne izveštaje o potrošnji
gasa, količini proizvedene pare, itd. Direktoru proizvodnje i Upravnom odboru.
Такође сматрам да сам са овим задацима које успешно обавлјам у знатној мери
унапредио своје професионално искуствовезано за дистрибуцију и потрошнју гаса, које
ће надам се и вама бити од користи.
