The study analyzes the human resource development (HRD) climate at Rourkela Steel Plant, focusing on employee perceptions across various factors, including supportive climate, HRD mechanisms, and cultural dimensions. Based on a sample of 644 employees, it identifies strengths and weaknesses in the HRD climate, noting areas for improvement such as management support and employee welfare. The research employs statistical methods to assess reliability and analyze data, revealing significant correlations and average scores indicative of the HRD environment.
