2) Payroll Management :
Payroll is an integral part of HRMS. We handle end to end payroll
processing which includes:
Salary Computation
Disbursement of Salary.
Computation & deposit of PF, ESIC, PT etc.
3) Training & Development:
At Corporate office 5 Man Days training imparted per employee
At Halol Pant 1 Man Day Training imparted per employee.
Training Sessions for manjusar Plant operators will be Scheduled
soon.
Rs.6500 invested per employee on Training & Development.

5. 2) Payroll Management
A) Attendance Preparation:
Data Collection from Biometric Machine , Attendance Register , Leave Card ,OD Form.
Attendance Data Should be filled in the Excel sheet.
Attendance Sheet should be sent for preparation of Salary.
B) Salary preparation:
To check the salary sheet which includes , New joinee details , Their salary , account
number etc.
Salary to be deposited on or before 7th of every month.
Till date salary is deposited on time , it is never done late.
6. C) Loans and Advances:
Employee will approach to HR for Loans & Advances.
HR will go through the documents and put up before management for approval.
Loan is approved and the equal instalment will be deducted from the salary of concern
employee every month.
D) Full & Final Settlement :
On receiving Resignation from employee , Full and final settlement is prepared by us
which includes , Current Salary , Leave encasement , Bonus & Gratuity.
Copy of the full & Final is sent to Accounts department for payment.
E) Other Payment:
Gratuity, Bonus & Ex-gratia Calculation
Preparation of Salary Voucher for Trainee / Casual Employees.
7. 3) Training & Development :
Training is imparted for improving, changing and developing skills, knowledge, creative
ability, aptitude, Attitude and values of an employee.
Training Needs are identified through :
1) Performance Appraisal
2) Psychometric Test
3) Counselling
4) Self Suggestions by employees.
Training is provided through different institutes like, BMA, AMA , BPC, FGI , GEO etc.
We are receiving feedback from employee about the training for validation.
The employee will share his/ her experience about training program.

10. 4) Employee Engagement :
A) Birthday Celebration:
We arrange birthday celebration of each employee on their respective birthdate.
We are arranging Cake and giving a cash voucher of Rs.500/-.
B) Family Get Together :
A Family get together is arranged in a Hotel with musical Party Before Diwali.
C) Picnic:
We arranging picnic during December / January of every year .
All the arrangements like , Transportation , Snacks , Cold drink etc. are done by us.
Picnic Snaps are displayed on the notice board.
11. D) Lucky Draw:
In every quarter we are arranging a lucky Draw.
To prepare the list of eligible employees who completes 1 year as on date.
The chits are chosen by MD and or Other member of the company.
The one who wins the lucky Draw gets Rs.10.000/- and 3 days Company Leave.
E) Ganesh Utsav :
A Nine days Ganesh Utsav is organized.
Every day prayers are sung in the morning and the evening for both the times different
employees
On the last day it is coupled with Satyanarayan Pooja, thereafter the idol is taken around
in the office, thereafter it is taken to Sursagar for immersion.
12. F) New Year Celebration:
Every year we celebrate new year party on our terrace
We search for Food Vendors , Negotiate with them and finalize.
On the new year day we play games , anatkshari , Garba,Musical Chair.
13. 5) Legal Compliances :
A) PF , ESIC & P. Tax regarding Statutory Compliances:
Online payment of PF is made on or before 15th of Every month as per rule.
Online payment of ESIC is made on or before 20th of Every month as per rule.
P. Tax is Calculate of HO & Halol Plant and Give it accounts Department for Payment.
B) Renewal of Factory License for enhancement of Manpower and
Horsepower for Manjusar/ Halol Plant:
Manpower enhanced from 50 to 100 Workers and 100 Horsepower to 250 horsepower
for Manjusar Plant.
Enhancement of install Capacity of Horsepower from 100 to 250 Horsepower at Halol
Plant.
14. C) Renewal of License under Bombay Shops &
Establishment Act.
D) Maintaining Various Registers at Office and plant both viz.:

15. 6) Administration :
A) Housekeeping :
Maintaining Housekeeping of office premises which includes , general Office area ,
Pantry, Washrooms , Terrace , Underground Parking , Staircase etc.
B) Annual Maintenance Contract :

Lift Maintenance Contract.

16. C) Mediclaim & PA Policy :
All eligible are covered under Mediclaim & PA Policy from time to time.
We are having up-to- date data in excel sheet which helps to renew the Policy on time.
D) WC Policy:
Those members who are not covered under ESIC will be covered in WC Policy and the
policy will be renewed every year subsequently.
E) Liaising with Vodafone:
More than 60 Employees are covered under the CUG Scheme of Vodafone.
We ask for New Sim Card , New Mobile numbers , Sim replacement , Plan Change etc.
F) CSR Activities :
Donation directly to Different Schools
Donation for those who applied with someone's reference.
Donate Note Books to Corporation School Students.
Distribution of Blankets
Donation to Vatsalya foundation to purchase a machine to manufacture Sanitary Napkins
17. Seeking Support from Organization:
HR Department should have Budget for Training & Development & Staff welfare
activities.
Training should be exclusive & responsibilities of HR.
HOD Should give their training needs to HR.
HR would monitor and co-ordinate training activities.
HR department should get the prior requirement of Manpower from all the HOD’s duly
sectioned by the Management.( New Manpower Requisition Form is attached herewith)
Our existing Performance Appraisal System should be consist of Compensation , Rewards
, Incentives & Recognitions.
Increment should be announce on due date i.e. April every year.
Organization should be system driven and not person driven so has to have optimum
Objectivity.
18. Path word for next year:
Key Performance Area (KPA’s- MBO) for each position should be decided and assigned
all the Departments in the beginning of the financial year through HR Department.
Performance Result should be reviewed on quarterly/ six monthly basis & feedback
should given to employees.
To fill the critical vacant Positions of different departments within 30 days.
To prepare and finalize Recruitment & Selection Policy.
To impart training to Manjusar Plant , Halol Plant & the Head Office Employees.
To maintain harmonious Human Relation through different employee engagement
Activities.
ZERO Non- Compliance for both the plants and HO.
To ensure good housekeeping of office premises.
