AheadThe SME/Merchant vertical (part of Delhivery's
Client Acquisition Team) provides SME's and
MSME's a platform to bring changes in their
orientation towards e-commerce and enhance their
business in the ever growing online space.
With our pan India sales network, Delhivery Client
Acquisition team enables SME/MSMEs across
categories to sell online irrespective of their
locations.
Cluster Mapping Approach: By using this we
categorize the SME market under Fashion, Sports &
Toys, Home Décor, Health & Beauty, Electronics etc.
1. Supply chain services - Express Courier,
Fulfilment & Inventory Management Services &
Reverse Logistics.
2. E-commerce services - Unified supply chain
platform (in-house ERP systems with open API),
Incubation services, Set up web-stores, manage
catalogues, service orders, integrate with
marketplaces and social media, and perform in-
depth customer analysis.
• We provide e-commerce centric logistics
solutions to more than 50,000 SME/MSMEs via
different e-commerce channels.
• We also manage the order fulfilment and
complete backend supply chain for more than
100 Medium & Small Enterprises.
• We currently own and operate over 5,50,000 sq.
ft. of fulfilment space across 7 locations and our
express delivery network spans over 175+ cities.
• In order to reduce the overall supply chain costs
and encourage the local retailer to take part in
the growth story we will soon be introducing the
local fulfilment model and increase our fulfilment
space to over 1M sq. ft. by FY15’ across India
with dedicated inbound centres across major
supply hubs.

After taking the challenge and
successfully scaling Everest
Expedition(8848m)2013, I took
Mount Lhotse as my next challenge.
I am delighted to receive this
support from Delhivery in achieving
my dreams.

through sports, especially targeting
the underprivileged areas, youth and

Priyanka Mohite: Climbing Mt. Lhotse 2015
On May 22, 2013, Priyanka Mohite climbed Mt Everest at the age of 20. She is the youngest
Maharashtrian and third youngest Indian girl to succeed in scaling Mount Everest.
In past she has scaled Bandarpunch(6200m) Uttarakhand and Mt B.C.Roy (18000) Darjeeling. She
further went on to climb Mount Lhotse. Lhotse stands at 8516m, making it the fourth highest
mountain in the world. It is situated at the border of Tibet and Nepal.

Team on February 20, 2015 with an aim to
apprise all employees with business updates & to
provide a platform to directly connect with the
Leadership Team.

New Insurance Policy
As a part of employee benefits, Delhivery will
now provide insurance coverage to employee’s
immediate family (parents, spouse & children-
only up to 2).
Insurance coverage was increased from 2 Lakhs
to 3 Lakhs per family.
The policy also covers maternity expenses of up
to 50,000 for self or spouse.
Corporate Tie-ups
As a part of employee benefits, Delhivery has
following tie-ups. Respective discounts can be
availed by employees by presenting their
