The ideal candidate has experience in areas such as performance management, training, and employment law as well as skills in communication, organization, and computer programs like Microsoft Office.

Summary: Supports the mission of the company by implementing human resources (HR) programs;
improving staff performance in a manner consistent with regulatory and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Implements HR related programs and services including talent acquisition and staffing
Processes employment, compensation, health and welfare benefits.
Implements, maintains, and documentation of personnel transactions; training and development; safety
and health; employee relations, retention, and termination.
Provides training and support for Regulatory Policy compliance such as: AA/EEO and labor relations
laws, safety training, COBRA, ERISA, ACA, FMLA, as well as other trainings.
Provides training and support for Company Policy compliance such as: Performance Reviews, PTO,
Benefits Enrollment and changes, as well as other trainings.
Maintains employee personnel records as required.
Manages document retention according to regulatory and company policy.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Develops and maintains position descriptions and organizational charts.
Develops HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Reports project statuses; analyzing time and cost issues.
Manages recruitment database and related documentation.
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating
potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and
employees.
