Summary: Supports the mission of the company by implementing human resources (HR) programs;
improving staff performance in a manner consistent with regulatory and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
 Implements HR related programs and services including talent acquisition and staffing
 Processes employment, compensation, health and welfare benefits.
 Implements, maintains, and documentation of personnel transactions; training and development; safety
and health; employee relations, retention, and termination.
 Provides training and support for Regulatory Policy compliance such as: AA/EEO and labor relations
laws, safety training, COBRA, ERISA, ACA, FMLA, as well as other trainings.
 Provides training and support for Company Policy compliance such as: Performance Reviews, PTO,
Benefits Enrollment and changes, as well as other trainings.
 Maintains employee personnel records as required.
 Manages document retention according to regulatory and company policy.
 Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
 Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
 Develops and maintains position descriptions and organizational charts.
 Develops HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
 Reports project statuses; analyzing time and cost issues.
 Manages recruitment database and related documentation.
 Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating
potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and
employees.

 Proofreads HR documentation including audits, marketing information, handbooks, and quality
control policies.
 Maintains awareness of Federal, State, and Local legal requirements by studying existing and new
legislation and participating in educational opportunities.
 Responsible for other duties as assigned.
