Hitachi Rail Europe
Hitachi Rail Europe (HRE) is a global provider of total
railway solutions and is the company leading the largest

▪ In April 2017 HRE announced it was on track to create
250 new jobs at its new rail depot in Doncaster for
building and maintaining new intercity trains in the UK.

Scotland.
▪ Hitachi has invested £80m in the Doncaster site to
